Zenith is a venture studio that guides domain experts through a four-phase journey from idea to AI-powered startup. We start with an Incubation phase where founders build an agentic prototype and validate their idea through real customer interviews. Those who show genuine traction move into a Business Assessment, where Zenith selects the strongest candidates to move forward. Selected founders then enter Company Formation, where Zenith co-builds alongside them with the goal of landing the first paid customer. Once that milestone is reached, we move into Growth — raising outside capital to scale the business toward $1M ARR.

Thank you everyone for your participation at our AI Startup Hackathon 🚀🚀 including our Judges Brad Bycraft Albert L. Amy Ngai and congratulations to all the Winning Teams too! It was a huge experiment as we put together a vetted event accepting mainly experienced professionals in Biz/Tech/PM/UX Designers to Vibe Code in less than 15 hours business ideas that are grounded to solve real market needs and investable by investors. We were curious to see how the teams will work out as the roles are merging now that AI can shorten development cycles from Prompt to Deploy. It was definitely a lot of learning for the participants as well as for us organisers too! We have tones of footages and photos to select and edit and we will do so after this Web Summit week - The Olympics of Tech, as 15,000 people are in town for the event.
