As private networks move from concept to real-world deployment, the conversation is shifting from hype to practical implementation. At #M360LATAM in Mexico City, GSMA and CITEL Inter-American Telecommunication Commission signed an MOU to deliver free, accredited mobile policy training to regulators and policymakers across OAS Member States. The partnership covers 12 policy areas including 5G, spectrum management, competition policy, digital inclusion and AI, delivered through GSMA's Capacity Building Programme and running until December 2030.
