Responses are alway quick, direct and informative. Durable team is always willing to assist and pout the clients needs first. My partners are wanting me to switch because they are paying less or getting better deals, but, to be honest the trust and reliability of Durable has grown on me.

Really easy to set up and start running your own website. I did have to move away after a year, as my site needs to list properties that feed to XML. But I didn't want to leave, and when I did Anjie was so helpful providing the domain codes to unlock

Really frustrating to not be able to get support over the weekend. Love the website design features; the support, on the other hand, is not so great. Not sure why I should spend my money if the support is not there?? I work this business on the weekends

Very helpful platform, easy process of getting human attention could be excellent.

I have been in the lawncare and snow removal business for 30 years and I am 58. We have done well because we provide great service not because we are good with technology. We have always used word of mouth and our small network to grow to 7 + figures. I attempted to use other web site creators through the years spent a lot if money never really completing the process for whatever the reason, mainly because I was to busy running the business. Really in 1 day using Durable I created our website, I definitely have more to learn but I am confident enough to provide it as resource for potential clients to review and see our work.

I had a DNS conflict between my Durable website and my Fastmail email that broke my email delivery. Aljohn from support identified the issue immediately and explained the solution clearly: moving the CNAME record from the root domain to the www subdomain. The fix worked perfectly and both my website and email are now fully operational. Fast response, accurate guidance, great support experience."

The absolute worst domain provider in the world. I thought you couldn't get worse than hostgator or namecheap but you can.

First they send me an invoice as per usual, and try to charge the primary card which doesn't work.

Then instead of charging the secondary card (which is verified to work) for $15 they send a notification email that lands straight in spam (perfect, a web hosting provider that cannot even keep their important emails from being marked as spam) and disable the site entirely.

Upon noticing I go and try to figure out why they didn't charge the backup card I had clearly linked in billing. Oh wait, you cannot even ACCESS the billing without 'upgrading your account'. Not only that but suddenly the $15 tier is gone and I need to start paying $25 a MONTH to keep my site.

After the forced upsell and complete disaster you would think it can't get worse, it can.

I pay quickly using the EXACT SAME CARD that was linked as a backup payment method (no plausible deniability here, they just never attempted to charge it because they WANTED to force the upsell). After paying and relaunching the site, it has been TWO HOURS of my website + critical infrastructure related to the domain being down.

They are 'populating DNS records', yeah right, for two hours? When it has never taken longer than a couple of minutes prior?

Oh and the last cherry on top - the entire support team is on vacation. Remember when services would have 24/7 support? Yeah that's not Durable. They will completely destroy everything you built, charge you to even get a chance to fix it, then ghost you.

If you want a reliable site: Get DNS from Cloudflare ($10/year), hosting from vercel (FREE) And build the site in Claude Code in seconds.

If you want your wallet to be drained in exchange for...well...NOTHING - Get Durable

Getting my site online and scraping it immediately to relaunch on my own terms, and disputing the $25 charge right after. Good riddance.

When you have a company outside of the United States there’s a huge delay on urgent service, live calls are requested if you’re lucky you get a call, I had one successful call recently but his help is pretty limited but was extremely professional and helpful.

Its easy to make a great website on durable. They make it simple to create a design that impresses. I have used other website builders before, and so far this is my favorite!
