Customer service in the shop was brilliant, we had a great member of staff look after us and it felt like absolutely everything we needed and wanted was sorted out and answered then and there. The service in the shop itself was absolutely brilliant! CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS SHOCKING!! Our order got pushed back about 3 weeks which is no problem at all I understand there may be issues. We then got a call on Friday to say our sofa and chair was ready for delivery and would be delivered on Tuesday, brilliant. I then got a voicemail on Monday to say this is now not possible and to call back to understand why this was. I called back and was told the sofa would now be delivered on Thursday. I explained I had already sold our old sofa in preparation for the delivery on Tuesday. I was greeted by a “I couldn’t care less” attitude by the person I spoke to. I asked how this had happened and the fact we would now be without a sofa until Thursday. Again was greeted with the exact same attitude, not once did the staff member apologise, or show any kind of understanding. I understand completely there may be issues along the way and am happy to accommodate them, but the sheer lack of care from the staff member I spoke to made the whole experience rubbish, it was like speaking to a grumpy teenager who didn’t give a damn. The deliver itself was good, I received a time slot before and was updated via the app and email/text. The sofa arrived all okay, delivery lads were helpful and friendly. We’re happy to put it where I needed and set it all up and demo’d how the electrics worked. Delivery was spot on. As a whole 3 stars given due to the general customer service after purchase. I never write these reviews but felt it necessary after we had spent about 3.5k on a sofa and chair and got made to feel like idiots past purchase.

I called one of their brokers apparently Best buy doing business that way and or Breanna's insurance spelling may be off specifically asked for the price on an SR-22 filing in Florida I live in Ohio where I get the runaround I couldn't get a straight answer then finally the gentleman answer the phone on the gas number which is close to his number cuz there's 25 different people calling from the same place and what he did was he says yep you're all set and I said well we're going to charge you for the insurance and the company's going to charge it for the filing fee okay so I get two emails one is an email for a road hazard service the other one's at 9 driver insurance policy for Florida I live in Ohio I need an SR-22 filing there so he pulled my license from Florida cuz I didn't give him that address I gave him my address in Ohio I do have text to document and he pulled my license in Florida and wrote me a policy on non-owners policy in Florida with a road hazard policy in Ohio terrible company absolutely terrible the response when I called was absolutely ridiculous I wouldn't spend a nickel with these people never I disputed with my bank and I will continue to dispute it I do not commit insurance fraud

The reward card that was promised upon paying for my package took me 5 weeks, 10+ calls, a million re directs and countless people telling me they couldn’t help me before I actually got a code to claim one. I was incredibly patient and explained the situation to every person I spoke to and it was only when I grew tired of the constant “I don’t know what you think I can do about that” and being re-directed to more unhelpful people that I became rude that I was finally listened to. A week later I received my code with no apology. Had I not called constantly chased up, I would never had received the reward card that no one had any record of. Appalling service, if you can’t manage to give your customers the reward cards you’ve promised them, don’t offer them. I will say that pure card was extremely helpful and the fault is entirely with BT.

Easy pickup in LA near LAX. Great friendly staff. Clean RV that worked in all the major ways needed. Easy to drive. Comfortable bed for 2 people (we didn't use the additional ones). When picking up, they were a little delayed having our RV ready because of a technical issue so we lost 30-40 mins but it was okay. Otherwise, the only thing is the water pump can't be left on 24/7 while camping, even though we were plugged into electricity and had 40gallons of fresh water I bought, by day 2 despite only minimal hand washing, our RV lost all the water. When I had a guy clean out the black/grey tanks he said there was a pressure valve issue. Thank goodness where I was staying sold me more water, and then we learned ONLY use the water pump in the moments you need water... otherwise it would've been a tough trip.

One of the worst shipping company I have ever experienced in my life so far. The driver just left the package in my parking lot and when I requested him to bring it inside he told me the price to bring inside the store was not included in our shipping cost. It was about to rain outside and he just left the package in the parking lot where people park the car. The package blocked the parking lot. No place to park for thecustomer. When I called the customer service they didn’t give me a positive response. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company. They charge you more than any other shipping company and provide no service at all.

2230 W Broadway store . I felt unwell and looked not my best and showed a pic of my blood pressure #'s that were very high for me . the pharmacist advised me to call an ambulance. Thank you for your advice. I spent 12 hours in emergency and needed IV's and meds for a nasty stomach virus. I am going to be Ok . You're insisance convinced a stubborn old gentleman to get the help he needed. PS The pharmacist who helped me find what I needed today was very helpful too . Many thanks 👍.

If I could leave a lower review I would this company took an automated charge of 50 dollars from my account when it asked me for only a dollar for one of its mental test. If you have mental concerns it is best to go to an actual doctor for an assessment. The only reason I was willing to take the test in the first place was to see what it was about but it did not say it would take my money for 50 dollars. This website is a scam do not waste your time.

This company has stolen my money. I ordered an item on 14th May and still not sent out. It says 3-5 working days. I’ve emailed loads and phoned them. They are having warehouse issues and no warning there’s an issue before I ordered! Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered off them. They’ve no idea when I’m getting my item too. They won’t refund me. I’m so going to take this to my credit card company. Terrible service and bad company! So annoyed.

Kyle is always on hand in the chats guiding us through trades and helping us understand the charts. The most dedicated team I’ve come across. This is the best deal with rentals in Iceland. With the Platinum Insurance you have no worries outside of obvious abuse of your vehicle. You are covered on all aspects of use, including "F" roads. Check in and returning was a breeze. The staff was courteous and informative. Everything was explained thoroughly. the shuttle was easy to find and prompt. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them a 10.

I am completely amazed with my photobook. It was my first time doing one so I confessed I was a little scared. But when it arrived I fell in love with the quality of EVERYTHING. The covers are really resistant with bright colors. The pages looks like pictures taken with a professional camera (which was only my phone XD). I completely recommend this and for sure this is not my last time ordering!!

I took lessons with Dani Brace, who.was amazing. I am a bit of a special case, being a 32 year veteran driver from America, but she was professional, extraordinarily helpful, and even had a bunch of new tricks to teach this old dog. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, and I'd happily recommend Better Driver Training in general, and Dani in particular.

I bought one of their watches after seeing a Facebook ad. Unfortunately, the quality was far below what was presented in the advertisement and product photos. When I requested a return, I was informed that I had to pay both return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, despite being an EU customer. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

I stayed at Plab accommodation for two weeks and it exceeded expectations in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. What truly set my stay apart was the administrator’s (Dr. Kola) exceptional support.
