Do the drivers know how to use a letterbox.

I have had many small items delivered by Yodel.
None of them has been put through my letterbox box.
Hopefully this message will get read by someone who can pass this message onto the drivers, put small items into a letterbox, it's not only to be used for letters!

Parcel dumped at my front door

I was expecting a parcel delivery 27/05/26 I was at home all-day waiting for delivery, late afternoon I found my parcel at the side of my doorstep in full view of anyone going down the street, I later received a message saying parcel delivered to my porch, this was utter rubbish, they don't attempt more than one delivery and they don't try my next door neighbour, is this the delivery people shortcutting the system or company policy, I wonder what happens if someone steals a parcel that is left in plain site?

The parcel was left outside my house…

The parcel was left outside my house without any knocking or ringing the doorbell. I also received a message at 4:30 PM saying the parcel would be delivered between 12 PM and 2 PM, which makes no sense. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this courier. If I had known the seller was using Yodel, I would not have bought from them.

Liars!

They send me an email to ask where to leave my live plants if I'm not in. I specify shed in my back garden... In the shade. Even on the front door is a notice requesting delivery to back garden. They dump the package on the front porch in the sun and say that's my safe place. The front of the house is NOT my safe place, but they're too damn lazy to go round the back. When they finally post an email it's just lies!!!

Iv read a lot of the feedback

Iv read a lot of the feedback, by other people. As far as I see Yodle don't really get as high as it appears
As a lot of the feedback is about staff at places that are not Yodel. For example one person compliments Morrison staff for a Yodel delivery. They did not meet the driver. I cant call them a delivery service as they keep sending back to sender.

Absolutely shocking that day after day

Absolutely shocking that day after day, there are excuses for late delivery. The website is so challenging to use to try and engage with this company, the webchat is useless if you finally manage to get to the link.

Courier did NOT follow the delivery…

Courier did NOT follow the delivery instructions I put on Yodel app. I said leave parcel outside my FLAT front door, and NOT downstairs in the communal hallway of my block of flats as it will be stolen. But he ignored my delivery instructions and left it downstairs in the communal hallway of my block of flats where it was stolen.

Yodel has NO customer service. Their phone number is just a robot which refused to put me through to a human and disconnected the call. Their instant chat is with a robot and when I finally got past the robot and chatted with a human they disconnected the chat and did nothing to register my complaint.

had the tracking app on my phone said my parcel delivery was between 18 39 and 1939 folowd the app waited on the door for parcel no did not come checkrd back on the app said it was deliverd a 1730 what a load of crap do not use this company

Yodel is a joke

Yodel is a joke, I recieved a tracking number on the 18th May 2026 and everyday I contacted them to say it had not been delivered and everyday they said it would be delivered the next day. They even said it had been escalated and they would email me but guess what no they never contacted me. It has still not been delivered and now Ebay has refunded me as I had enough of there lies there agents just keep apologising but they are just reading off a computer screen so it is all pointless. And they are very keen to get you off line. This company is a sham and I would advise anybody to stop using this terrible company immediately. If I could of give it zero stars I would have done.

USELESS YODEL ( again).

Item has been in their Wrexam depot for three weeks. Four 'phone calls, lots or promises that amount to nothing. How useless can a delivery company get.

Yodel In ate you

Yodel. I hate you. Message received - your item has been delivered and is in your porch. No it isn’t. Then you go to Yodel online to report the problem, oh no, you can’t just report it. You need to log the problem online. But, no matter how many times you fill in the damn form, they are to busy and you have to start over again. So, Yodel, I hate you.

Useless service, contacted them three times over the last 24hrs, totally incapable of locating a package that is now three days late, zero ownership of the issue just pointless apologies.

Garbage Courier Service

This is the worst courier service in the UK, never on time. Delays, multiple delays, and then no accountability from the support chat team. Generic updates and they keep asking you to wait.

Clueless people. Vendors, watch out! If you don't want your business in ruins, stay away from this courier service.
