Pretty easy to set up

Pretty easy to set up. If I had questions, it was explained by one of your videos. Or someone on the team was able to walk me through it. I will be buying more.

Outstanding Company to Work With

I’ve had the pleasure of ordering 8 machines through VapeTM over the last year, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the company and everyone there. The customer service and overall experience have been incredible from day one.

Dakota is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever met. No matter what’s going on, he always gets back to me quickly and genuinely cares about helping. Jordan has also been amazing to work with. He’s done such a great job listening to feedback and constantly improving both the machines and the software, which has been huge as we’ve continued to grow.

Micah is a wealth of knowledge and honestly an inspiration to anyone trying to get into the business. You can tell these guys truly care about what they’re building and about helping their customers succeed.

Looking forward to continuing to grow with them for a long time.

Having a responsive sales rep was…

Having a responsive sales rep was great. The onboarding videos were 8/10, They are short and to the point but little things like setting up the wireless xmtr weren’t included i had to find the videos on youtube.

I think a full 1 hour video showing the full start to finish set up would be very helpful

The locking mechanisms seem to be a…

The locking mechanisms seem to be a weak point in the machine design. I have received one machine with broken welds on the posts that secure the lock to the door and I have experienced posts bending and becoming compromised during transport to vending locations from my warehouse through just the weight shifting and mass of the door, itself. I would like to seem this changed or addressed, as this is this security flaw is a loss of the main peace of mind that is essential for an operator when leaving a machine in a nightlife venue.

The locks: You are correct. The locks aren’t built to be heavy duty. They keep honest people honest. If there is a security risk, we have alternative options plus some future improvements that we are working on.

Customer Service Team is OP

VapeTM's customer service specialists (especially Darshak and Ashwini) have been pivotal in getting us up and running. There isn't a problem they don't have a solution for. Also shoutout to Micah and Jacob of course.

Best experience ever!

Absolutely great experience working with VapeTM. Very smooth process, machines were packaged and delivered within the timeframe they said on the website, and Jarett was able to answer any questions I had and was very responsive. Customer service is top notch and machines are as well. About to purchase 3 more machines from them. Highly highly recommend!

VapeTM is a great choice for those new to the vending machine business

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I bought two vending machines from VapeTM, but the salesman convinced me that vending was a fun and fairly low effort way to generate side income (or full time income if you have enough machines). I ordered two machines that I consider to be a very good value for what you get (two mini wall models) for vending Trading Card booster packs. The machines did take a while to receive, but I assume it was just a matter of them being more popular than they anticipated. Seems like everyone is trying to get in on the vending machine game these days. My machines were delivered and the onboarding materials from VapeTM were detailed enough where I didn't have that much of an issue setting them up. The one area that I couldn't find in the onboarding or help docs was how to customize the UI of the machine's touch screen (graphics/buttons/fonts/colors etc...) but before I even tried talking to a human (they have a pretty helpful ai bot that can answer most questions) a human called my phone directly from their support team and instructed me to the exact location in the software that I could customize my machine's UI. While the options were fairly extensive, there are a lot of settings that don't really do anything, so the end result of the UI customizations are not where I want them to be, but they are close enough to deliver my first machine.

I quickly landed a location myself and the machine has worked as expected so far. It's great that I can monitor the stock levels and see when someone buys something so I don't have to guess and attempt to restock the machine before it's ready for it. The included 1 free year of vending management software is perfect for getting your new machine settled and earning money before you have to start paying the monthly fee.

I have had some questions about their software development roadmap since I got the machines, but the emails have been left unanswered for the most part. I imagine they are busy and if I ever had a real problem, they do respond very quickly.

Overall, if you're getting started in the vending game and want to vend vapes, trading card games, or similarly sized items, VapeTM is a great value for what you get and I would definitely recommend them for beginners. The cool part is, if I start expanding, they have several machine models that all use the same software that have different SKU capacities and features that you can grow into. I do plan to buy more once I get going.

Keep in mind, your machines from them do not work if you don't use their exact vending management software. Theoretically, I think you'd be able to install a different vending machine software on their machines, but you'd have to be an accomplished android software developer to install it and make sure the machine's coils and sensors still worked, as the underlying system is a pretty standard android based kiosk board.

Outstanding Support and a Great Business Opportunity

Working with VapeTM has been a great experience from the beginning. The machines are modern, professional looking, and built extremely well for real business use. The setup process was straightforward, and their team has been very responsive anytime I’ve had questions or needed support.

What really stands out is how helpful they are with operators who are serious about growing. They’ve provided guidance on machine setup, configurations, and scaling locations, which has made expanding much easier. The software and reporting tools are also very user friendly and make managing multiple machines simple.

I currently have several machines operating in bars and entertainment venues, with plans to continue expanding, and VapeTM has been a solid partner throughout the process. If you’re looking to get into automated retail or vape vending, I would definitely recommend them.

Professional team and a great machine

The guys at VapeTM are professional and always willing to hop on a call and answer any questions. The machine arrived in great shape and the software and support team are fantastic.
