Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital sales channels. This role will be responsible for driving online revenue, improving the customer journey, and ensuring best-in-class execution across our website and digital platforms.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and wholesale teams to elevate the brand’s online presence and performance.
Qualifications
Strong experience in ecommerce operations within a luxury environment, with a proven ability to drive online sales performance
Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with ERP integrations and website management systems
Solid analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads, with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-value clients and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Commercial mindset with experience supporting revenue generation through digital channels and clienteling initiatives
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred
