Digital Analytics Manager
Location: Englewood Cliffs (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (minimum three days onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110-130,000 + Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a product- and audience-focused Digital Analytics Manager to support editorial and product teams with actionable insights. This role will focus on analyzing content performance, audience engagement, and user behavior across digital platforms to help shape editorial strategy, audience growth, and product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with editorial, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and ensure accurate measurement across digital products
- Conduct ad hoc analysis using SQL and develop dashboards, reporting, and insights for stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of reporting and analytics deliverables
- Collaborate with experimentation stakeholders to support data-driven hypotheses, measurement plans, and statistical analysis
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics across digital channels including video, articles, newsletters, podcasts, and commerce platforms
- Identify trends in high-performing content formats, topics, and publishing strategies
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to analytics best practices and team collaboration initiatives
- Partner with finance teams on forecasting, operational modeling, and business performance tracking
- Deliver reporting and insights across both digital media and commerce-focused business lines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, audience analytics, or a related field
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with Python or R
- Experience working with modern analytics and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or experimentation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Experience supporting content, audience, and product-focused analytics initiatives within digital media or consumer-facing businesses preferred
