Today at #TuttoFood2026 we shared this vision through our #Profree flours and mixes, a range of products that goes beyond “free-from” to celebrate new notions of creativity and indulgence. An inclusive breakfast with products that are gluten-free, without lactose and with vegan options can be the perfect space for experimentation, discovery and quality, where every detail enhances flavour without compromise. Today we paired the viennoiserie delights of pastry chef Luciano Capuano with the creations of Matteo Beluffi, latte artist and coffee expert, for an experience that blended technique and innovation with the joy of shared moments. What’s next for breakfast? Breakfast is changing. It’s more dynamic and in tune with the flow of our contemporary lives. It’s a fluid moment that we reinvent every day with the latest trends. Today at #TuttoFood2026 we put a new spin on breakfast. We call it #MoratoSocialBreadfast. American Sandwich, American Bagel and our newest Nuvolatte Brioche were the stars of a special experience designed for anyone who loves to explore and experiment, even at breakfast. Our guide was francesco sanapo, coffee expert and founder of Ditta Artigianale, whose creations sparked a conversation at the intersection of bakery and contemporary coffee culture. What’s Next for Experiences? Some encounters change the way we experience flavour. It’s what happens when the old mingles with the new, when tradition and experimentation mix and authentic tastes are translated into new languages, turning a moment of togetherness into a revelatory experience. This is what we celebrated today at the #MoratoGroup stand on the first day of #TUTTOFOOD2026. With #Roberto’s new Gran Piada line we put our idea of Italianness into the creative hands of Mattia Pastori, mixologist and founder of Nonsolococktails. Food and mixology fell into a conversation that led to new pairings of taste, for balanced, yet explosive flavour. More than just a protected environment, a safe workplace is a space where everyone feels secure, heard, and free to be themselves. It’s a place where “safety” means not only preventing risks, but also taking care of body, mind, and overall well-being. This is the vision behind #TogetherWeCare, a week-long initiative held from April 20 to 28 at #MoratoGroup, dedicated to the health, safety, and well-being of our people. During the week: • We explored the topic of #addictions with Dr. Clarissa Butti, PhD and Fondazione Umberto Veronesi ETS, deepening our understanding of the biological mechanisms involved and the risks linked to smoking, vaping, and alcohol. A valuable opportunity to turn knowledge into awareness and prevention. • We then focused on #mentalhealth with Unobravo. Dr. Federico Cuddretto guided us through the interpersonal dimensions of stress, helping us better understand balance and the challenges we face in everyday relationships. A dedicated space was also created for employees to share, be heard, and learn more about available counselling services. Our commitment extends beyond Italy, involving our international teams through training and awareness initiatives on health, safety, and well-being.
