What’s next for bakery? Bread is so much more than just a food. This week at TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026 we explored the future of bakery through our brands #Morato, #Roberto, #NutriFree, #MassimoZero and #Rusticana, with new rituals, a focus on inclusion and flavour and a desire to experiment.
