At Grundfos, we believe growth starts with people. That’s why we focus on creating the right conditions for development – and mentoring is one of the ways we do this. Our mentoring approach focuses on asking thoughtful, high‑impact questions that help mentees reflect, explore, and discover their own solutions. Through learning from more experienced colleagues, mentees stay challenged, gain new perspectives, and set goals that support their development. Why mentoring? Swipe through the carousel to hear directly from our mentors and how they experience mentoring at Grundfos.

Energy efficiency is a good business case, and Europe already has many solutions available. Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming EU Commissioner for Energy and Housing, Dan Jørgensen, to Grundfos in Bjerringbro for a conversation on Europe’s energy future. In the on-stage conversation with Grundfos COO Ulrik Gernow, there was a shared understanding of energy efficiency as a cornerstone of Europe’s green transition and a crucial lever for a European Union with energy security independent of fossil fuels. As highlighted by the Commissioner, there are many low-hanging fruits to be harvested in the form of impactful solutions already on the market, including energy-efficient water solutions, district heating grid optimisation, efficient housing insulation and windows, and much more. When these low-hanging fruits are picked, actioned and multiplied across Europe, the impact is significant. As always, it was a pleasure to engage - progress happens when policy and industry move together, and ambitions are turned actionable. Thank you to Dan Jørgensen for the visit.

Water Utility CEO, Hamed Heyhat, shares his reflections from IFAT 2026. IFAT 2026 reinforced something we see across the industry: the future of water will be defined by resilience, efficiency, and intelligence - not by hardware alone. Over the past days in Munich, the conversations made one thing clear: utilities are under growing pressure to deliver more reliable water services while managing energy use, climate risk, and regulatory complexity at the same time. In this video, our Water Utility CEO Hamed Heyhat shares his reflections from IFAT worldwide: • Resilience is increasingly digital. Data, cloud intelligence and AI are helping utilities move from reactive maintenance to predictive, proactive operations, reducing risk before it becomes disruption. • No one solves this alone. From tackling non revenue water to adapting to new regulatory frameworks, progress depends on collaboration across utilities, technology providers, policymakers and partners. At Grundfos, we’re committed to turning these conversations into practical action. Our smart pumps, controls and our Grundfos Connect digital portfolio supports utilities as they build systems that are more resilient, energy efficient and ready for the future. We move water. Water moves the world. 💧 #IFAT2026 #DigitalWater

As climate change accelerates, the UN expects global demand for cooling to more than triple by 2050, making sustainable solutions for megacities more critical than ever. That’s why Grundfos is proud to partner with Nanyang Technological University Singapore in Singapore, Aalborg Universitet and Aarhus University in Denmark as part of the international initiative Sustainable Water-based Cooling in Megacities (SWiM). Together with our project partners we aim to develop real-life intelligent water-based cooling systems designed to integrate renewable energy and help cut energy use for cooling in major cities by up to 30%, while lowering both costs and carbon emissions. We’re excited about the collaboration, and we invite other industry partners to join the SWiM project with the shared ambition of accelerating sustainable cooling for the cities of tomorrow.
