They repair Heat Exchange Units!
Our Heat exchange unit was damaged (unbeknownst to us) and we had no cool air at all. The heat bothers my husband's health so I called several repair places, but no one answed except AireServ. They had replaced our furnace, in the past, so I knew they were good, but didn't know about heat exchange units. Chad was the technician who came the same day I called, found several problems which he repaired, and he had it up and running in just 2 hours. It is working now better than it did when it was installed last year. AireServ, once again gave great service. I highly recommend them.

aire Serv on north wales tried to install damaged HVAC equipment which was paid for and was the right fit, but instead they returned equipment and got equipment that was smaller resulting in 89 degrees temp on 2nd floor. Both the owner, Joe Fetko and tech both damaged my ceiling by putting their foot thru two ceilings, the unit was not the right fit therefore causing a huge stain in my foyer as well. The unit immediately malfunction and they have been back 3 or 4 times, this unit was swapped out without our consent or acknowledgement. Poorest quality of equipment used and installation was a joke. Now Aire Serv refuses to acknowledge our complaints and corp is now getting involved. This was either a scam or really screwed up franchise, either way, they are totally responsible for all my damages and to replace out air hanlder in attic so temp can get below the 80's. Truly very disappointed and dont be another senior citizen victim
Don't Waste Your Time
My AC is not blowing cold air so I called AireServe yesterday, spoke with a human representative, explained the situation, and scheduled an appointment for today (8am-12pm). I make sure to be up and ready. I receive a text saying that I need to call and reschedule. When I call to reschedule, I am told that I was tentatively rescheduled for June 18 (more than a month away) because my situation didn't constitute an emergency. I was then lectured on what does and does not constitute an emergency. When I explained to this new human representative the situation, just as I had yesterday, she became defensive, as it became clear none of this was my fault. No way am I going to trust people to perform maintenance on my AC when they refuse to even give the simplest of service on the front end. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd definitely work with someone else.
Buyer beware
Recently Aireserv of Boca Raton fl, was assigned to me by my home warranty company for a central AC repair. My AC was not cooling. Aireserv sent a technician Mauricio S. to repair the AC. He told me that AC was out of refrigerant and had a leak which needs repair and needs new refrigerant. He told me the refrigerant was my responsibility as it was not covered under my home warranty, and I will have to pay him $800 for 10 pounds of refrigerant upfront before he would do any work. I thought that was unethical to demand advance payment, however I paid him $800 so he can start repair. When I checked on the work about 15 minutes later, he was already getting ready to leave. I asked him what repair was done and why he put the refrigerant in without repairing the leak. I was expecting him to fix the leak in the AC coil by brazing /soldering. He said he used a sealant for repair. Sealant is considered a temporary repair or band aid by industry standards. For permanent repair industry standard is brazing /soldering. I told him I was not satisfied with the repair as I feared it will not last and I will be out of $800 for refrigerant. I also can't understand how he figured that exactly 10 pounds of refrigerant will be needed even before repairing the leak and testing the pressure afterwards. He left with my $800 dollars and a temporary repair which was not expected to last. Sure, enough within 5 days the AC was not cooling again as probably all the refrigerant leaked out again because Mauricio never repaired anything, he simply charged me $800 in advance for refrigerant charge/sealant.
I complained to Aire serv about the AC not working and asked them for a refund of my money, I asked them to at least refund me half of my money, they will not.
They refunded only a small portion and kept the rest, which I consider dishonest and a rip- off.
Hope people who read about my experience with
Aire serv and Mauricio S.will be on guard and choose some decent repair company and not get involved with shady AC repair outfits.

Ethan S. and Rob P. came and went right to work, they were very thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I asked and explained in depth how my system operated. I've been with AirServ since 2019, when new HVAC system installed. All techs over the years- most recently Karina are top notch techs- explain all in detail and know what the HECK they are doing. Highly recommend them to all you newbies home owners. Thank You.

We had a new Heating and Air conditioning system installed, It was to take two days and Robert Cyr and his team (Hunter S. & Tyler A.) got it done in one day. They were very professional and curtious.
Prompt and Great service
This morning Jake from air serve changed the transformer in my furnace and got me heat back on. What a lifesaver! Jake was very instructive in helping me understand how furnaces work and his experience paid off. Thank you so much Jake for your kind assistance.
Aaron was amazing
Aaron was amazing! He first came to my office to fix air conditioning that had not worked for over 3 years! Multiple people had come out to try and fix it. Aaron fixed in under an hour. My compressor went out at my home so I called Aaron. He was out to my house that day and fixed everything two days later.
The price was fantastic. I will recommend Aaron to anyone! Well done sir!
There is no zero available
There is no zero available - Nashville TN. I have written 1 review in 30 years, This one is important. They had some marketing - promo for 50 dollar service - then jacked us for like 700 on the spot - and sold us a 12 month membership - which was less. Then over 12 months each month they are supposed to come and came like once - continued to bill - i cancelled over 4 months ago and they just keep on billing. People are horrible - its not the money it is the service level and again no zero available.

We just had are annual check up on our furnace. They were very knowledgeable and went over everything so we could understand. Our tech was Brent Cunningham. He was friendly and was very helpful.

I forgot to post this a few months ago, but I saw one of their vans this morning in Raleigh and remembered I was going to put this out there. This Aire Serv of East Raleigh is a trash company. The quote they gave me for my furnace replacement was twice as much as the next highest quote I got from any of the other companies I had come give me estimates. And the constant barrage of messages, emails and even letters has driven my wife and I up the dang wall. Their whole grift was shameless and I feel sorry for anyone who does business with them.
Contacted this company to fix …fireplace
Contacted this company to fix fireplace. I bought the fireplace replacement logs and the gas insert and took about 1 hour to replace it, all they did was put the insert in and the logs and I was charged 350 dollars. My doors on the fireplace will not close this was a terrrible job I would not recommed them.
Snow doesn’t stop Aire Serv
Wow… where do I start except saying “OUTSTANDING”the weekend of the big snowfall a home I was keeping an eye on while the owners were enjoying the warmth of Florida when a light was seen from their home indicating a problem.I investigated to fine the heat which was a steady 72 degrees since they left was now at 55. Owner contact & appointment was set with AireServ early Monday morning with the company showing up within a hour. After informing them what I found they when to work. This issue was caused by poor installation of the furnace system which took a bit of time to figure out. The staff did everything quickly and professionally once the issue was found & corrected the problem. Derek, Tayler & Zach keep the home owner & myself informed as each step they were taking to correct the problem. I am not an easy person to please but these individuals impressed me to the point I canceled my service contact with another company of 6 yrs & went with AirServ.

These people are pesky! I have talked to them remove my number that I was only calling for a friend, you need to talk to him and remove my number. No such luck they are still calling and texting. I got it I'll block your number. Its a shame that people won't listen, if they won't listen to a request such as remove my number, I wouldn't trust them to do a job.
Memphis Aire Serv Customer service needs improvement
I have been a customer of Aire Serv Memphis for several years, and while I appreciate the professionalism and competence of their technicians, I must express my frustration with their customer service.
Positive Aspects:
The technicians who arrive are knowledgeable and skilled, consistently delivering quality work.
Issues Experienced:
Scheduling Problems: Unfortunately, the customer service team struggles to follow simple guidance. Despite my request not to have appointments scheduled before a certain time, I have had multiple occurrences where they show up early.
Lack of Communication: On several occasions, appointments were scheduled without prior communication with me, leading to confusion and inconvenience.
Conclusion:
Given that there have been scheduling issues on all but two of my service calls, I feel it's necessary to seek out another company. While the technicians are excellent, the customer service failures are too significant to overlook.
