The installation was done well but it took 2 days. Mr. Castillo was very knowledgeable about the HVAC unit he installed in our home. He explained to me how the system would work and he answered all the questions that I had. It was great that they cleaned up after they were finished.

Our ac broke And we were worried it was not going to get fixed in time before the hot weather kicked in . We called four seasons they came out the next day. Then today Matthew Alva showed up . Very professional, clean did not make no mess, answered my questions, very friendly guy . You could tell he loves his job. He’s explained everything to us . Highly recommend Matthew Alva he’s the best

We never had problems with repair, communication, etc. before. This time communication is bad. 2 weeks ago, they sent a tech in a different Van not their logo and appointment time is wrong. We called for kitchen faucet replacement. As usual they gave us the window when we expect for the tech and will call us when they are en route. We waited more than 2 hrs. We called CS and said they are coming. Finally close to 2pm a Van pulled in our driveway and it is not their name and logo. The driver came out and I approached him and I said are you from 4 seasons? Our appt is between 8-12 and he said the appt time I have here is 2. I said, no and they never mentioned that they have a new Van and he said yes I am from 4 S, we merged. I have to call the office and confirm bec they did not give me a heads up of changes. He was offended bec I did not believe him. He sounds and looks upset already so I cancelled. Because who knows, just right there you can tell no communication and you can't even talk to a real person just a recorded repeated message which sounds like live.
Second, 2 days ago our air conditioner not working so they gave us an appt yesterday. We waited, waited from 12-4 window. Guess what no call, nothing until after our dinner 5pm still hoping they will come. In between those I've e been calling CS 3x, they are on route and will call you. We have a very structured schedule at home, so 9pm we start to get ready to bed. Around 9:19pm(senior hours) my cellphone rang so I ran to the loft to see who's calling (might be family member) It was 4 SEASONS!! I DID NOT PICK, BECAUSE THAT IS RUDE CALLING PAST 9PM 4X. THE MESSAGE WAS "OUR TECH IS EN ROUTE, HOWEVER HE'S UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU" That is a LIE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THERE'S BETTER COMPANY OUT THERE. We we're so upset, angry, all negative feelings!

It was a quick HVAC installation process with Marvin and his team. However, after they left I noticed two scuffed marks (one included a dent) on my wall from moving the HVAC. It was a tight space to enter my unit so I won’t fault them, but disappointed I have to repair the damage from this experience since it could not be washed off.

The tech, Careese Pugh and his helper, who came out to do the install of new A/C (heatpump) unit was very professional, honest and knowledgeable about what had to be done. It took most of the day but there was a lot to do and they worked quick and efficient. We were very pleased with the work they did and willingness to answer any questions we had.

Everyone from start to finish was very kind, knew what they were talking about, and we’re just plainly honest without trying to sell me something. A fantastic experience.

David did great work on our AC. He was communicative and courteous. He was excellent!

Mathew was great in setting up our furnace and very knowledgeable when answering all of our questions.

Our furnace was found to have a crack in the heat exchanger during annual inspection. Tech wrote up estimate for new unit and scheduled installation. The installation went beyond my expectations. Angel Robles did a fantastic job and kept me informed throughout installation.

Miguel did an outstanding job on our HVAC replacement and removing the coils from our furnace. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the work was done right, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. You can tell he takes pride in his job.
