IMCO’s Student Internship Program is officially underway, and we’re excited to welcome 31 interns this summer, including a few returning faces. Joining us from a variety of schools and backgrounds, they’ll be contributing to meaningful work across the organization from May through August, tackling real projects and bringing fresh energy to IMCO. Along the way, they’ll also have opportunities to learn from colleagues, connect with leaders, and take part in experiences that support their growth and development. From May 5-7, we hosted our third annual Bee Well Summit, growing from a one-day event into three days of learning, connection and wellbeing. Across the three days, employees participated in hands-on experiences and expert-led sessions designed to support every aspect of wellbeing. From one-on-one financial planning conversations to stress-relieving puppy therapy, and a range of interactive wellness activations in between, there was something for everyone and plenty of moments to recharge. At IMCO, creating a positive employee experience means supporting our people in ways that are practical, meaningful and built into the everyday. Bee Well is one of the ways we bring that commitment to life. We believe that to effectively embed sustainability across the investment lifecycle, every IMCO investment professional needs to understand key sustainability considerations and how to use them to make informed decisions. In 2025, we made progress towards IMCO’s goal of developing “100+ sustainability-minded investors” through the launch of a targeted training program. Education topics included the Board’s role in managing crisis situations; nature & biodiversity; and climate-related transition risks. Capital deployment is a core pillar of IMCO’s Climate Action Plan. We pursue investment opportunities that contribute to strong returns while having a climate-positive impact. IMCO has set a goal to deploy $10 billion in climate solutions between 2020 and 2030. In 2025, IMCO deployed approximately $924 million, bringing our total deployments to $7 billion. Our initial US$150 million investment in AI cloud provider CoreWeave was a strong contributor to our 2025 results. We realized gains by selectively trimming the position while maintaining exposure, demonstrating the discipline of our public markets approach and our ability to capture upside in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. #IMCO #IMCOInvest #AI

In 2022, IMCO committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions in our investment portfolio by 2050, with an interim target of reducing financed emissions intensity by 50% by 2030. We are proud to share that as of year-end 2024, we have met our interim target – reducing financed emissions intensity by 51%, compared to our 2019 baseline.
