Slick online purchase system, shame that my wanted service is not available.
I wanted, but you refuse to provide, a Pay As You Go bundle that enables me to purchase service when I need it, and leave the card fallow when I don't. Instead you trap me into paying for a continuing service that I must cancel completely when no longer required, and purchase again from scratch when service is needed again.
