Booking Nightmare with the…

Nightmare trying to book with the hotel. It took 6 phone calls due to the fact they were too busy to speak to me as proper people were walking thru doors. Twice I was promised a call back. Twice it didn’t happen. To add insult to injury when we did arrive the receptionist ignored us for a good few minutes as she was chatting on phone and not it appeared to a possible client!!

Amazingly met Dilly really quickly after joining. I like the backup that comes with membership.
