Excellent Customer Service

I had a few issues setting up my new eSIM card today and each time I spoke to the TalkMobile team they answered the phone within two rings and a human answered. They were super efficient and provided an excellent first class service to get me over the issues hurdles I was having. I am truly impressed. Customer Service is brilliant so far!

This has got to be one of the worst…

This has got to be one of the worst councils I have had the misfortune of having to deal with. The Finance team are unsympathetic robots who have nothing better to do than be as difficult as they can as they believe that everyone they deal with is fraudulent! I've never come across such a poor experience in my life. I can't say it is all staff in this instance but the abundance of negative experiences outweighs any good and if I could give them 0 stars I would do. A complete overhaul is required!

Continued Terrible Service. Who Is In Charge of This Pathetic Organisation?

Further to my last post, I have had yet another FAILED delivery attempt by Royal Mail citing that I was not in. What a LIE! These postmen are SO STUPID they don't realise that I have a video camera that records all movement at my gate and front door and NO postman attempted to deliver anything. I am seriously thinking of complaining about this shoddy company to trading standards or some other body for failure to provide adequate services.

Exceptionally Poor Service

I have literally had it with Royal Mail. What an exceptionally poor service from what was once an excellent organisation. It has drastically gone down hill. Frequent failed deliveries despite not even coming to my address, I know as I have CCTV. Mail delivered to the wrong address. Frequent complaints to customer services that don't appear to be investigated. I really believe our postal service needs to be handed to a more competent organisation. Horrid service and I am frustrated and sick of Royal Mail.

A fantastic experience and service from Reliant, a company I jad never heard of before. After doing a Google search for a specific TCL Mini-Led TV, I discovered Reliant. They offered what I wanted at £200 cheaper than the likes of Currys etc., so I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did.

Jane from Community Fibre’s Customer Service team is a great ambassador of the company. She went above and beyond to assist me with my query. I would like to express my thanks to Kundan Kalsi, Mark McCarthy and to William @Foil (the installer) for the excellent service they provided pre and post sales. Although Community Fibre has only been installed today, I am very pleased with not only the quality of service Kundan, Mark McCarthy and William @Foil provided, but also the Fibre and TV service so far has been an excellent experience.

Broadband is FAST (3Gps), Netgem TV is superb (4K, HDR, HDR HLG (BBC iPlayer), Apps (BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All4, Ch5, Prime, Plex etc.), Dolby Digital 5.1, Freeview Play and extra channels other Freeview services do not provide and is also wireless). Very happy so far.

20/05/2022 UPDATE: I have had the pleasure of liaising with Kundan Kalsi @ CF as a post one week follow up since the service was installed. He provided excellent follow up service pertaining to some queries I had relating to additional services from CF. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service. Other providers should take note of the great all round service Community Fibre provides
