Impossible to talk with real person, bot stuck in loop.Wasted 20 minutes waiting for response for easy to fix problem. JOKE

time to deliver parcel 14:21-16-21

time to deliver parcel 14:21-16-21, checking tracking number 16:30, 8 stops to go and the what?
parcel ticked as delivered but parcel is missing… every single time i’m dealing with yodel this bs happens every other courier service know how to knock ring or at least don’t mark parcel as delivered when it’s not…
