Honestly, mixed feelings about Flashbay. The ordering process was simple enough and everything showed up on time, so no complaints there. But when the products arrived the print quality wasn't quite what I was expecting — it looked a little different from the preview I approved, not a huge deal but enough to notice. I did reach out to their team and they were friendly about it, just took a while to actually get things sorted. For the price I was hoping for a bit more. Not a terrible experience, just not one I'd rave about either. Might try them again depending on the project but I'd probably shop around first.

The account rep to me - Olivia Gordet - is very helpful/responsive. She provides options and competitive pricing. The turn around time for the product is above average. All in all, an excellent experience.
