Behind every solution we deliver are employees who care deeply about their work and the people we serve. In 2025, our teams showed that commitment through 95% participation in our Total Associate Engagement survey. Their feedback helps us keep building a workplace where people feel heard, supported and empowered to do their best work. Because when we create a stronger work environment for our employees, they create better solutions for our customers. CSR isn't just a checklist; it’s a catalyst for unexpected business advantages. My experience leading a CSR initiative unearthed hidden gems of value. Consider these advantages: 1. Authentic Employee Engagement Picture Jane, typically focused on data, finding joy in mentoring underprivileged kids. CSR connects employees to something bigger, enhancing everyday work. 💼 Encourage: Let staff choose CSR partners to foster ownership and boost engagement. 2. Innovation Boost CSR initiatives can spark creativity, resembling eureka moments from unrelated contexts. Community challenges nurture problem-solving skills that translate back to HQ. 💡 Suggestion: Host innovation challenges within CSR activities to generate fresh ideas. 3. Reputation Reboot A robust CSR effort can transform your brand image, softening a corporate vibe and appealing to talent and consumers alike. 🔄 Tip: Regularly revisit your CSR strategy, ensuring it echoes your values and communicates impact clearly. CSR isn’t merely about positioning; it reshapes company core values and engagement. Which CSR initiatives do you wish more companies embraced? #InnovationThroughCSR #EmployeeEngagement #BrandReputation #CorporateSocialResponsibility

A shift is happening in what people value most at work - and in what organisations need to sustain performance in a more complex environment. For years, meaningful work sat at the centre of the employee experience. It still matters in 2026, but it is no longer the whole story. People are now asking two questions at once: Do I feel connected here today? Am I becoming someone who will still be relevant tomorrow? The organisations recognised in the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work in 2026 are not treating these as separate challenges. They are strengthening belonging in the present, while deliberately building future readiness for what comes next. That combination is what sets them apart. In her latest article, Jessica Hall explores next evolution of employee experience - and why belonging and future readiness now need to be designed together. https://lnkd.in/grr8M36X #AFRBestPlacestoWork2026

At our recent 'The Art of Engagement' industry event in Krakow, we discussed how people feel, connect, and collaborate at work. With engagement of the world's workforce hovering around 21%, and 79% of workers unenthusiastic about what they do according to Gallup's 'State of the Global Workplace 2025' report, it was a timely reminder to look beyond policy and perks and focus on the moments that shape day-to-day culture. With discussions led by industry leaders and BBHs Timothy O'Brien, Orla Foley, and Lorrie Gordon, one consistent theme emerged: everyday interactions can have an outsized impact — helping people feel supported, connected, and able to do great work together. Culture isn't built in big moments — it's built in the small ones. Thank you to our guest speakers, industry peers, and BBH's Women's Network for bringing this conversation to life, whose enthusiasm made the event a success!
