Startups rarely scale with disconnected teams. At QVS, architects, developers, designers, marketers, and GTM strategists work as a single unit. This eliminates handoff delays, improves decision cycles, and builds a consistent path from product build to customer acquisition. It’s execution without the usual chaos - and founders feel the difference immediately. Build with a team that moves as one. Today I’m sharing the first public demo of RadixOS v1 (Slice 1). RadixOS is something I’ve been building as part of the Invariant stack. The idea is simple: most organizations make important decisions across documents, Slack threads, and meetings, and over time the reasoning behind those decisions disappears. RadixOS treats decisions as first-class records. Instead of scattered notes, a decision becomes a structured object with a question, context, signals, evidence, a recommendation, and a review cycle so it can be revisited later. This first slice focuses on proving a few core mechanics of the system. In the demo you’ll see: • creating a structured decision record • decisions persisting into a decision library • decisions remaining isolated across workspaces Nothing fancy yet—just the foundations of a decision accountability system working in a real interface. The goal of this slice wasn’t to build the full platform. It was to prove the core behavior of the system before expanding the rest of the architecture. Curious to hear what people think, especially from folks who spend a lot of time making product, engineering, or operational decisions. Demo below. Shared this earlier from the Invariant page, but wanted to post it here as well. Over the past few weeks I’ve been building the first slice of RadixOS, a decision accountability system. The idea is simple: most organizations make important decisions across docs, Slack threads, and meetings, and over time the reasoning behind those decisions disappears. RadixOS treats decisions as structured records with context, signals, evidence, and review cycles. This demo shows the first working slice of the system — creating decisions, persisting them into a decision library, and isolating them by workspace. Curious to hear what people think. #buildinpublic #startups #productdevelopment https://lnkd.in/e7CcnfDk

Launching an #MVP in 2026 shouldn't take 6 months. ⏱️🚀 The market moves too fast. If you are spending half a year in "#stealth #mode" building your first version, your competitor is already launching V2. At #Creware Technologies, we have completely re-engineered the product lifecycle using an AI-augmented workflow. Our #Product #Design & #Dev #Engine: - #Rapid #Visualisation: We use #AI design tools to turn your idea into high-fidelity, clickable prototypes in days, not weeks. - User Validation: You get to test the look and feel with real investors and users immediately. - High-Velocity Dev: Once validated, our senior engineering pods build the scalable, production-ready code. We give startups the unfair advantage of #Enterprise #Quality at #Startup #Speed. Don't let your idea sit on a whiteboard any longer. Drop a ⚡ in the comments or DM me "BUILD" and I’ll show you how fast we can take your idea to market. #ProductLaunch #MVP #AgileDevelopment #StartupGrind #TechInnovation #CrewareTechnologies #SaaS #UIUX #ProductDevelopment #Product #Design #Innovation #Prototyping #MarketResearch #StartupJourney #ProductManagement #UserExperience #AgileDevelopment #Entrepreneurship

Home interiors platform Livspace has reportedly trimmed its workforce by around 1,000 employees as part of a broader AI-led operational transition, alongside the exit of a co-founder. The restructuring signals Livspace’s strategic shift toward automation, AI-driven design workflows, and leaner execution models as it adapts to evolving market dynamics. While challenging, the move highlights a larger trend across the startup ecosystem — companies recalibrating teams and leadership structures to align with AI transformation and long-term sustainability. Over the years, I’ve realized something important: The difference between a struggling startup and a scaling one often comes down to early product decisions. Not funding. Not team size. Not even timing. Clarity in validation. At Zethic Technologies, we help teams transform raw ideas into structured, market-ready MVPs with a clear roadmap and defined user journeys. When design thinking leads development, execution becomes faster, cleaner, and more cost-efficient. If you are building something new and want to validate before scaling, let’s connect. I’m always open to meaningful product conversations. #ProductLeadership #SoftwareDevelopment #MVPStrategy #TechStartups #AppDevelopmentCompany https://lnkd.in/gwPRpqPi
In today's competitive landscape, speed to market is no longer a luxury, it is a strategic imperative. Startups that validate early, iterate quickly, and design with intention are the ones that survive, scale, and lead their categories. At Zethic Technologies, we partner with founders and product teams to design Rapid MVPs that transform concepts into market-ready prototypes, with precision, purpose, and a deep understanding of user behavior. Our process is built on one core belief: the right design decisions made early save months of development time and significant capital down the line. If your organization is preparing to launch a new product or validate a new market, we would welcome the opportunity to support that journey. Let us build something meaningful together. PartsPulse just launched at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas with $3M in funding, the first company out of UP.Labs' Manufacturing Venture Lab. Meet Steve Blanco, CEO of PartsPulse. Steve brings 25+ years building, turning around, and exiting technology companies. He led Documoto for nearly 12 years, growing a platform that served 160+ equipment manufacturing brands across 117 countries, and overseeing a successful exit in early 2025. Before that: Artisoft, Citrix, co-founding Fourth Tier, and multiple ventures across tech and beyond. He's not an outsider. He knows aftermarket parts from the inside. The problem PartsPulse solves is one every parts leader lives with: inventory, pricing, and sales running in silos. Opportunities sitting in the data with no one able to connect them. PartsPulse is an AI-Powered Parts Command Center that detects what's happening across the business, explains why, and recommends what to do next. The venture was built through UP.Labs' Manufacturing Venture Lab, created in partnership with Wabash, one of our corporate partners and is processing real OEM data and surfacing signals their teams weren't seeing before. We're proud to be building alongside Steve and the PartsPulse team. The road ahead is big, and this is just the start. What is bothering us? The automotive enthusiast industry is massive, global, and culturally influential — yet its digital experience remains deeply fragmented. Today, car culture lives across disconnected platforms. Social media offers visibility but lacks technical depth. Forums hold valuable knowledge but struggle to keep up with real-time interaction. Marketplaces enable transactions but are separated from the communities that create demand in the first place. An enthusiast discovering a car, learning about its build, and finding the parts behind it still requires switching between multiple platforms. But in the real world, car culture works differently. At meets and gatherings, discovery, conversation, and inspiration happen seamlessly and instantly. The industry has evolved — its digital infrastructure has not. Rakoon exists to solve this gap by building a connected layer designed specifically for automotive communities, where discovery, builds, and community interaction live in one place. #Rakoon #CarCulture #Startup #AutomotiveIndustry

𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐛𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬. They struggle because of the things no one questions anymore. On the surface, everything looks solid: clean UI smooth demos steady sprint updates But underneath? Assumptions: “Users will figure it out.” “That edge case won’t matter.” “We’ll fix it later.” Nothing feels risky - until something small breaks and becomes expensive. Most failed features aren’t bad ideas. They’re built on incomplete clarity. That’s why at Rezoomex, the focus isn’t just execution. It’s validating thinking early: real personas, not guesses scenarios beyond the happy path clear, testable acceptance criteria alignment on outcomes before build Because assumptions are cheapest to fix when they’re surfaced early. For founders and product leaders: 👉 What’s one assumption in your roadmap that hasn’t been challenged lately? #ProductManagement #Startup #ProductStrategy #Rezoomex #FutureOfWork #rezoomex
