We’re excited to showcase a project that brings together 𝐀𝐈 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 into a single, intelligent solution. This prototype is designed to 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫,, using an AI-enabled camera and synchronized wireless communication between modules. The system ensures precision and efficiency through a well-structured control architecture. A key highlight is the implementation of a 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦,, which enables stack detection and prevents congestion by managing object movement in real time. Combined with servo-controlled gates and a closed-loop feedback system, the solution ensures smooth and optimized material handling. Coordinated using an Arduino, the system integrates multiple inputs and actuators to perform accurate sorting operations—demonstrating the practical application of 𝐀𝐈-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬.
