York Space Systems to Acquire ALL.SPACE, Strengthening Assured, Multi-Domain Communications for Critical Missions York Space Systems has signed a definitive agreement to acquire UK-headquartered ALL.SPACE, the developer of the Hydra Terminal Range - a software-defined platform enabling simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit and multi-band connectivity across LEO, MEO, GEO and HEO networks. Upon closing, ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned York subsidiary.
