Description
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into a unified master schedule.
Monitor progress, identify variances, and analyze schedule performance against baselines.
Work closely with project managers, cost controllers, and discipline leads to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Prepare and update project milestones, look-ahead schedules, and resource-loaded timelines.
Provide early warning of potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Support monthly reporting cycles with schedule updates, progress curves, and earned value analysis.
Participate in project meetings to present schedule status and forecasts.
Maintain historical data and lessons learned for future schedule improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from accredited program.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel. Valid driver’s license required.
• US Citizen or green card holder.
