Job Title: Marketing Executive

Role Type: Part-Time / Contract (20–25 hrs/week)

Location: Remote (US-Based Preferred)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. We need someone who writes compelling content,

launches campaigns, tracks what works, and iterates fast. You will own marketing execution,

digital presence, lead generation, email marketing, event support, and sales enablement, all on

a lean budget where every dollar counts.

If you love the challenge of building a brand from zero, are comfortable wearing every marketing

hat simultaneously, and measure your success in leads generated rather than impressions

served, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Marketing: Write social posts, articles, case studies, tailored to US facilities

managers, property managers, and building owners. Position us as a

knowledgeable, modern alternative in the FM software space.

● Digital Presence & Website Management: Manage and continuously update the website. Create landing pages for campaigns, optimize for SEO, ensure

messaging resonates with US buyers, and maintain clear calls-to-action that convert visitors

into leads.

● Social Media & Community Building: Run our company’s LinkedIn page as the

primary social channel. Create and schedule posts, engage with FM industry conversations,

grow followers, and drive traffic back to the website.

● Lead Generation & Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns (nurture

sequences, newsletters, event follow-ups) using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot

Free. Design lead magnets (guides, checklists, ROI calculators) to capture emails. Score

and qualify inbound leads as MQLs before passing them to the sales rep.

● Sales Enablement & Collateral: Create and maintain/update pitch decks, one-pagers,

product comparison sheets, FAQ documents, and demo scripts. Work with the sales rep to

understand what materials close deals and continuously refine them based on prospect

feedback and competitive positioning.

● Event Marketing Support: Prepare all marketing collateral for industry events that the sales

rep attends. This includes pre-event email campaigns to drive booth traffic, branded

materials, post-event follow-up sequences, and social media coverage. Coordinate logistics

with the sales rep.

● Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on all marketing KPIs: website traffic, lead

volume, MQLs, email open/click rates, social engagement, and campaign ROI. Provide a

concise monthly marketing report to the founding partners highlighting what worked, what

didn’t, and what to do next.

● Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor marketing activity (content, ads,

messaging, pricing pages, reviews on G2/Capterra). Share insights with the sales rep and founding

What We’re Looking For

● Experience with content marketing, SEO fundamentals, and email marketing tools

(Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar).

● Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and has a data driven mindset.

● Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) to create professional-looking

collateral without a designer.

● Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation basics (lead scoring, campaign tracking,

attribution).

● Based in the United States or able to work US business hours.

● Experience marketing to facilities management, property management, commercial real

Why Join US?

● Build something from zero: There is no existing marketing engine, no legacy campaigns

to maintain, no bureaucracy. You start with a blank canvas and full creative freedom to build

the brand and demand generation strategy.

● Real impact, immediately visible: At a startup this size, every lead you generate is felt.

Every piece of content you write is read by the founding team. Your work directly moves the

revenue needle—there is no vanishing into a 50-person marketing department.
