Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to expand our IT services footprint in the US market. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales leader with experience selling IT services especially in areas of digital experience, sales and service transformation.

Prior experience in understanding a prospect needs and crafting a pitch using Adobe, and/or Salesforce will be key. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate mid-market financial services and ecommerce firms.


Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualification

 15+ years of IT services sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling to mid-market financial services firms (banks, credit unions, insurers, distributors, brokers, wealth advisory firms).

 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. References should be available on request to confirm the stated performance.

 Expertise in selling services related to Adobe, Salesforce services is critical and Data Engineering . Additional experience in AWS, or Azure services will be a plus.

 Strong network of industry relationships within the financial services sector.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a business from the ground up.

 Comfort in collaborating with India based team and adjusting working hours to time zone differences is critical
