Roger’s favorite part of the job is the opportunity to learn something new every day while building scales and understanding how they work. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and the constant chance to grow his knowledge. Roger says one of the best parts about working at Pelstar is the people. He appreciates being part of a great team where everyone is friendly and supportive, making the workplace feel welcoming every day. One of Roger’s favorite company memories was an outing on a Chicago architectural boat tour, which gave the team a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy the city together. Last week Ken Harris, Brett Lucido, Jason Fillipp, and Alexandria Deckert spent their time in Orlando at the McKesson National Sales Meeting, connecting with our strategic partners and having some of the conversations we enjoy most, the ones centered on real challenges healthcare facilities are facing every day. One of the biggest themes in our conversations continues to be ADA compliance. As a long-standing employee of almost 19 years at Pelstar, Lindsay’s contributions to the company are countless! Her creative mind and exceptional organization skills help drive the Marketing department to bring attention to Pelstar’s wide portfolio of medical products.  Lindsay says being in a role where she can constantly create, innovate, and collaborate with others is what drew her to the Marketing field and she loves being surrounded by ideas and working with a team that brings those ideas to life in meaningful ways. To her, weigh𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙚𝙧® means creating an experience for customers that feels effortless, supportive, and trustworthy.  Lindsay believes what makes Pelstar unique is the culture, where the team truly supports one another, collaborates, uplifts each other, and genuinely enjoys working together. She finds that Pelstar has a strong sense of respect and teamwork while having fun while and working hard. A balance she finds really special.   𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗮𝘆 • Lindsay resides in Berwyn, Illinois just outside of Chicago with her husband, 2 year-old daughter, and two fluffy black cats.  • She is looking forward to exploring the Big Island of Hawaii for the first time with her whole family this year. She will also be visiting her favorite island, Kauai, which is especially meaningful to her since it is where she got married. • She loves live music and attends many concerts each year. Her first was H.O.R.D.E. Fest in 1997, featuring artists like Neil Young, Primus, and Beck; most recently, she attended a Phish concert. • Her ideal weekend would include a bike ride along a wooded path, stopping to play some disc golf, and then wrapping it up with a drink at one of her favorite local breweries. • Lindsay’s favorite food is Italian, especially capellini. But, if she had to choose one meal to eat every day, it would be chips and salsa.   We truly appreciate Lindsay’s creativity, collaborative spirit, and dedication to Pelstar.
