Earlier this month, we had the chance to recognize our TOPPAN team and celebrate together at the ballpark with the Charlotte Knights at Truist Field – a small but well‑earned “thank you” to our entire team for a year of big change. Over the last 12 months, our TOPPAN Packaging team has helped transition into a completely new business, while still showing up every day for our customers and for each other. That meant new systems, new structures, new brands – and a lot of moments where team members willingly went above and beyond the scope of their normal responsibilities to help get the job done. The entire team leaned in, solved problems, and made the integration real. We are incredibly proud of what this team has accomplished and even more excited about what we’ll build from here. The ELC is dedicated to cultivating a strong network of industry leaders who collaborate on key issues and opportunities that will shape the future of the U.S. flexible packaging industry.
