We are working on a confidential search for a Branch Manager with a well-established regional bank in North Jersey.
This role is focused on leading branch performance, coaching teams, and driving internal sales activity across an existing customer base. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to take full ownership of a branch and have a direct impact on results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the branch
Drive internal sales performance through coaching and team development
Manage and develop a team of bankers to achieve branch goals
Build and deepen relationships with an existing customer base
Ensure a strong and consistent customer experience
Partner with internal teams across lending, wealth, and business banking
Qualifications
3–10+ years of retail banking experience
Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Financial Center Manager, or similar
Strong background in team leadership and coaching
Experience working in a high-volume branch environment
Proven ability to drive sales, cross-sell, and overall branch performance
Strong understanding of branch operations and compliance
