  • This week, we feature Maricela, Marketing Director from our NV-Las Vegas division, who has been with Toll Brothers for 10 years. “Choosing to work in the homebuilding industry felt like a natural fit for me. Living in Vegas, I’ve been fascinated by how quickly new neighborhoods take shape across the valley. Homebuilding is such a dynamic industry, and while Toll Brothers is known for creating beautiful homes, I’ve come to appreciate that so much of the magic happens behind the scenes. We’re in a new era where homes are designed, built, and sold using the latest innovations and technologies. Seeing firsthand how we incorporate new technology into our business is incredibly exciting. Recently, I reached my 10-year milestone, which is something I am very proud of. I feel fortunate to work for the country’s premier luxury homebuilder and to collaborate with talented teams across so many departments. I love what I do, and there is so much variety in what I get to take on and accomplish in my role. I work alongside a team of incredibly talented and dedicated individuals, some of the best in the business. Toll Brothers is truly a great place to work. The level of support and resources available to employees is unmatched, and leadership has always been approachable, supportive, and instrumental in my personal and professional growth. As I am now an official empty nester, one of my personal goals this year is to focus more on myself. I absolutely love music, and right now I'm watching our Vegas Golden Knights make another run for the Stanley Cup. I really hope to get out to more concerts and a few games this year. And of course, near the top of my list, I’m excited to start planning my 10-year milestone trip. Thank you, Toll Brothers family.” #EmployeeBenefits

  • The most unique benefit Toll Brothers offers to our employees is the use of our gorgeous guesthouses around the U.S. The company builds and maintains these luxury homes just so our employees can enjoy them with their families and friends. Today, we are featuring Madison, Senior Land Development Manager from our Colorado division, who visited our Bella Strada guesthouse. “There were so many great features in this home! We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool and cooking in the kitchen. We ate most of our meals at the house throughout the week, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We were also incredibly grateful for the baby items that were provided, including the pack-and-play, stroller, and high chair. Having those available made traveling so much easier for our family. We enjoyed happy hour in the village at Lake Las Vegas at Sonrisa Grill, and one of the local Toll employees recommended CraftKitchen — my dad still talks about their Chile Relleno stuffed breakfast burrito! Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam were also nearby, and we loved taking the power plant tour. While the Vegas Strip was a bit farther away, we made a night of it and had an absolute blast seeing a show, followed by dinner at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge. We also had a wonderful Italian dinner at Giuseppe's Bar & Grille — the food was excellent, and the staff was terrific. My husband especially enjoyed golfing at Reflection Bay Golf Club. My favorite memory was swimming with my daughter for the first time – she LOVED the pool, even just sitting next to it, splashing her feet. This was a wonderful first family trip with our 8-month-old baby and my parents. It was the relaxing vacation we wanted, mixed with some fun.” #EmployeeSpotlight

  • What makes Toll Brothers a great place to work is, without a doubt, our employees. To acknowledge those who have given so much to our success, we give eligible employees a company-paid trip (and vacation time) when they reach their 10, 20, 30, and 40-year anniversaries. Missy, Executive Assistant from our Pennsylvania division, recently celebrated her 10-year milestone by taking a trip to Oahu, Hawaii. “My husband and I headed to Oahu, Hawaii, to celebrate a very special dual milestone - our 27th wedding anniversary and my 10-year anniversary with Toll Brothers. Oahu was the perfect backdrop for reflection, gratitude, and a little adventure, making every day feel like a reminder to slow down and appreciate how far the journey has taken us, both personally and professionally. One of the absolute highlights of the trip was finally checking something off our bucket list, ziplining. Soaring above lush landscapes with ocean views below was equal parts exhilarating and peaceful. Reaching 10 years with Toll Brothers gave me plenty to reflect on during the trip. What truly stands out about working here is the family-like feel of the organization. From supportive management to encouraging team environments, I’ve always felt valued and supported. There’s also a strong sense of pride in the luxury homes we build and in the collaborative culture that makes our work so rewarding.” #EmployeeSpotlight #IWorkForToll

  • This week, we’re featuring Roman, Customer Care Consultant from our FL-North division, who has been with Toll Brothers for almost two years. “I served in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewman for nine years before transitioning into civilian life and joining Toll Brothers. My passion for construction grew through homeownership and renovation projects, which inspired me to pursue a career where I could see the direct impact of my work. I was excited to join Toll Brothers because I’ve long associated the brand with quality and respect in the industry. Today, I enjoy helping homeowners navigate challenges by providing solutions, reassurance, and support from start to finish. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, working out, pursuing my master’s degree, and visiting nearby homesites to continue learning about the craft of homebuilding." #EmployeeSpotlight

  • At Toll Brothers, Bring Your Child to Work Day is a chance for employees to share with their children what makes Toll Brothers so special. At our Corporate Headquarters, we welcomed 90 children, ages 8-16, to join us for a packed, educational agenda, where they learned about different areas of our business and what it takes to build luxury Toll Brothers homes. One of the highlights of the day was when our young guests met with our senior leaders. This year, Chief Executive Officer Karl Mistry and Chief Financial Officer Gregg Ziegler stopped by to answer kids' questions, share insights about Toll Brothers, and thank them for the important role they play in supporting their parents. Days like this are what truly set our culture apart. #BringYourChildToWorkDay
