Façade Restoration | Hell’s Kitchen, NYC

A 20 person façade consulting company in Hell’s Kitchen is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join its façade and parking restoration team. The company operates within the top tier of the NYC façade restoration market and continues to take on projects across the city.

This role sits on a defined Project Management track. The hire will work directly with senior project managers and partners while developing toward full responsibility for projects.

The role

• 1 to 5 years of experience in façade restoration, building envelope consulting, architecture, or structural engineering
• Site inspections across NYC buildings
• Preparation of field reports and documentation
• Exposure to FISP and Local Law compliance work
• Coordination with senior PMs on project delivery
• Gradual progression toward managing projects independently

• Façade restoration and repair
• Parking structure restoration
• Existing building consulting and inspections
• Work across residential, commercial, and institutional properties in NYC
