Projects like this are special for Thirdline. We love old buildings and figuring out how to navigate their intricacies. It’s always a challenge, and that’s part of what makes this type of work so rewarding. We’ll have plenty more to share as the project takes shape. #AdaptiveReuse
If you’re out at #Porchfest this weekend in Virginia Highlands, you may notice some exciting new renderings of what’s to come at 780 N Highland. Excited to get rolling on this adaptive reuse project alongside Third & Urban and LOCAL Architects. Always enjoy projects like this where you get to breathe new life into an existing building and contribute to the fabric of an in-town neighborhood. Looking forward to bringing this one to life. Meet Gerald We’re excited to welcome Gerald Troglin to Thirdline Construction as Superintendent. Gerald brings decades of experience leading complex renovations, interiors, and select ground-up projects across Atlanta. He brings a calm, steady presence in the field and a genuine care for people. Having grown up in the trades, served in the U.S. Navy, and earned his Master Plumber license early in his career, Gerald brings a practical, hands-on perspective to every project he leads. Gerald is no stranger to the Thirdline team, having worked alongside several members of our group over the years. The trust and relationships built through those experiences made this a natural fit when the timing aligned. He’s the kind of builder who brings confidence to clients, accountability to the field, and stability to the team around him. We’re proud to have him helping shape what we’re building at Thirdline. Welcome to the team, Gerald.

Northridge Commons Repositioning | Sandy Springs, GA We’ve been steadily repositioning Northridge Commons, executing a series of targeted improvements across multiple small-bay flex suites. To date, we’ve touched over 78,000 SF across 5 of the 7 buildings. The focus has been simple: create clean, functional space that’s easy to lease and easy to use. Working alongside the Planning Interiors Inc. team, we’ve developed a consistent set of building standard finishes to carry across the project. Scope to date includes: • Suite refreshes across existing spaces, including new LED lighting and finishes • White box and spec suite buildouts to create ready-to-lease inventory • RTU replacements to improve building performance • Select exterior and envelope modifications to improve first impressions Leasing activity continues to build. #FlexIndustrial #SmallBay #IndustrialRealEstate #Repositioning #SpecSuites Mitchell Braun Jon Huang Brad Kirschner Tezca Velasco-Quintero Andrew Merritt Daniel Szalecki Katelyn Gunter Chandler Bovitz Frank Fotia
