Northridge Commons Repositioning | Sandy Springs, GA We’ve been steadily repositioning Northridge Commons, executing a series of targeted improvements across multiple small-bay flex suites. To date, we’ve touched over 78,000 SF across 5 of the 7 buildings. The focus has been simple: create clean, functional space that’s easy to lease and easy to use. Working alongside the Planning Interiors Inc. team, we’ve developed a consistent set of building standard finishes to carry across the project.
