Meet Tez Tezca Velasco-Quintero joins Thirdline as Superintendent With more than 10 years in commercial construction, Tez brings a steady, safety-first leadership style to every jobsite. His background spans corporate interiors, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects across the Atlanta market. Most recently, Tez served as a Superintendent with JE Dunn Construction, where he played a key role in field execution on projects including Delta Sky Club - Concourse D, CHOA Arthur M. Blank Hospital, and Ponce City Market's Scout Living Hotel. In addition, he's led multiple corporate interior buildouts throughout his tenure. A carpenter by trade and a certified OSHA 30 Trainer, Tez is known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and ability to lead diverse crews with accountability and respect. Fluent in English and Spanish, he emphasizes jobsite safety, coordination, and quality execution from planning through punch list and closeout. Tez sets the line in the field with disciplined organization, strong trade relationships, and a relentless focus on doing things the right way. Outside of work, Tez is a husband and father, musician, outdoorsman, and natural problem-solver. He brings the same care and craftsmanship to life that he brings to the jobsite. Welcome Tez!
