During this year’s Vibrant Volunteer Week, our Ford Motor Company teams across Europe put our mission into action through 10 projects that helped strengthen communities where our employees live and work. Highlights:  📍 Hungary | Access to Nature: Our volunteers worked to maintain the Prédikálószék hub, helping ensure 70,000 annual visitors continue to have free, safe access to the outdoors and the community spaces that support them. 📍 Spain | Inclusive Mobility: Our volunteers hosted workshops to improve mobility and quality of life for individuals with disabilities, helping more people move freely and independently. 📍 United Kingdom | Community Spaces: Our volunteers helped build a nature-based sanctuary, creating green space that supports stronger community connection. We are proud of our volunteers for helping build more resilient communities. 🛠️💙 

Supporting communities takes partnership. 🤝    Ford Volunteer Corps teamed up with Carhartt and ToolBank USA to build Adirondack chairs and picnic tables for visitors to enjoy at Detroit's beloved Belle Isle Conservancy.   We’re grateful to work alongside teams that share a commitment to volunteerism and supporting communities where we live and work.    Thank you to all the Ford Motor Company and Carhartt employees for participating in National Volunteer Week with us!

A huge thank you to our Ford Volunteer Corps members from across the country who showed up this week with Habitat for Humanity for the Carter Work Project in Atlanta. Serving our neighbors is part of Ford’s DNA, and we’re proud to carry that spirit forward. In honor of Habitat for Humanity’s 50th anniversary, our team joined thousands of volunteers to help build stronger, more resilient communities. Heart. Hustle. Teamwork. That’s what this week was all about, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who made it happen. A new tradition has started in the Motor City! Today’s Signing Day looked different from most, as students traded jerseys for equipment and tools. At Breithaupt’s first-ever SkillsUSA Signing Day, students from the Auto Services, Auto Collision, Graphic & Printing and Welding programs took center stage to commit to their futures as the experts who keep our world moving. Detroit is a city of makers, and these students are the future of our essential economy. Ford Philanthropy is proud to partner with Detroit Public Schools Community District and Detroit Public Schools Community District Foundation to provide the tools and hands-on learning they need to carry that legacy forward. Congratulations to these future professionals! The future of the essential economy is in great hands. 🛠️💙

Before the starting gate opened at Churchill Downs, our Ford Motor Company employees from Kentucky Truck Plant and Louisville Assembly Plant rolled up their sleeves to build the walls of a future home with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville.
