Carhartt is proud to deepen our partnership with Ford Philanthropy by rallying around two local nonprofits: the Detroit ToolBank USA and the Belle Isle Conservancy. Equipped with tools from the Detroit ToolBank, fifteen Carhartt associates joined the Ford Volunteer Corps on Belle Isle to plant trees and build Adirondack chairs to help beautify the park for all to enjoy. It was a meaningful opportunity to come together, give back, and make a lasting impact in the city that defines grit—Detroit.

At the Essential Unsung Heroes event, we took the next step — unveiling the Ford Super Duty Carhartt Package, built for the people who keep our world running. But this partnership is about more than what’s on the jobsite. It’s about strengthening the communities where that work happens. This moment comes just two weeks after our partners at ToolBank USA opened the first warehouse in Detroit, helping ensure students and community organizations have the tools they need to succeed. Seeing these commitments in action is what matters most. From a new community resource in our hometown to a truck built for the toughest jobs, this is how we continue to invest in the people who keep our communities running.

We’re back with our 3rd annual Carhartt Reworked Year in Review, where the work continues. Since launching with our partners at Trove in 2023, Reworked has helped keep thousands of pieces of gear on the job and out of landfills. In 2025 alone, we saw continued growth across resale, repair, and recycling, from 9,400 trade-ins to over 5,000 repairs made, and 3.6 metric tons of denim given a new purpose. This past week, we joined Ford Philanthropy for the grand opening of the Detroit ToolBank. Our partnership brings two iconic brands together around a shared goal: supporting hardworking people and the organizations that serve them. Opening this ToolBank USA location is a tangible way to expand access to tools and opportunity across Detroit. We’ve seen the impact access can make—nearly 90,000 tools loaned through our Workshop on Cass—and we’re excited to see ToolBank Detroit build on that momentum. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with Ford and supporting the continued growth of the ToolBank.
