We love seeing our experts lend their voices to meaningful industry conversations. Recently, our own Heather Ciszczon, senior vice president of design & development at CoralTree, spoke at the NEWH Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., participating in the panel - Myth Busting the Modern Hotel Project: What Owners, Designers, and Procurement Need to Know. The panel explored that in an era defined by volatility, evolving brand standards, and increasing project complexity, this timely discussion cut through the noise to reveal what truly drives success in modern hotel development. Alongside fellow industry leaders from ownership, design, and procurement, Heather shared real‑world insights on: -Building resilient and responsive supply chains -Leveraging procurement as a competitive advantage -Embracing lifecycle‑driven, performance‑focused design -Elevating outcomes through transparency and alignment across teams The session delivered frank conversation, bold perspectives, and practical takeaways - proving that when owners, designers, and procurement partners work in true collaboration, projects can perform, not just impress. We’re proud to see Heather representing CoralTree and contributing her expertise to advance the future of hospitality development!

Today, we are shining the spotlight on Spirit of Lowe award winner Brandon Anthony Baello, Director of Finance at Galleria Park Hotel. Brandon has been part of the CoralTree family for more than a decade, bringing together operational insight and deep financial expertise to support his teams in meaningful, lasting ways. In his first year at Galleria Park, he single-handedly transformed the hotel’s financial culture, taking full ownership of month‑end close, ownership reporting, tax filings, payroll, and introducing P&L reviews that empowered leaders across the property. His calm, thoughtful approach turns finance from something intimidating into something collaborative and accessible. What truly sets Brandon apart is how he leads. He’s known for patience, humility, and a genuine desire to make others stronger. He mentors across departments, uplifts colleagues, and is trusted at every level for his integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership. Brandon’s service extends well beyond the hotel. He has dedicated more than 3,000 hours to community service from youth leadership programs to environmental initiatives, food distribution, and even a recent medical mission in the Philippines. His lifelong commitment to giving back mirrors the same compassion he brings to work every day. We’re proud to celebrate Brandon, an exceptional leader whose excellence, character, and generosity embody the true Spirit of Lowe! #leadership #spiritoflowe #hospitality #hospitalitymanagement #teammembers

Last month, we announced our Spirit of Lowe Award winners. This month, we’re excited to further spotlight the incredible individuals behind the recognition and how they continue to strengthen our company from the inside out. First up, Debra Sayre, Front Desk Agent at Sunriver Resort. For more than eight years, Debra has been a steady, positive force at Sunriver Resort, someone whose presence elevates every shift. She’s served in Banquets, Housekeeping, Night Audit, and now the Front Desk, stepping in wherever help is needed and consistently setting the tone for exceptional hospitality. Her teammates often say that when Debra is on the schedule, guests will be cared for, details will be meticulous, and the environment will be warm and welcoming. Her commitment to service extends far beyond the resort. Debra is also a full‑time special education teacher supporting high‑needs and behaviorally challenged students, work that earned her the distinction of Central Oregon and High Desert Teacher of the Year, and recognition as the first alternate education teacher to receive this honor at the regional level. On weekends, she teaches driver’s education, driven by a desire to make her community safer after the loss of a local student. Debra’s compassion is equally profound in her personal life, supporting her family through major health challenges, welcoming at‑risk youth into her home, and providing life‑changing support to those in need. She brings positivity, integrity, and grace to everything she does. Debra doesn’t just represent the Spirit of Lowe, she embodies it. We are grateful to have her as part of our CoralTree family and proud to celebrate her even further! #leadership #spirtioflowe #teammembers #hotelmanagement #hospitality #hospitalitymanagement

Today we celebrate Earth Day! Earth Day is an important reminder that protecting our planet begins at the local level - through care, action, and community. Across our company, team members are coming together today to support cleaner, healthier neighborhoods through hands‑on cleanup initiatives. Several of our properties are proudly participating in Earth Day service activities, including: 🌍 Lake Nona Wave Hotel - Team members are volunteering their time at Lake Eola, helping protect natural spaces and reinforce our shared responsibility to the environment. 🌍 Suncadia - Employees are participating in an Earth Day cleanup spanning from the main entrance of Suncadia to Roslyn, Washington, supporting environmental stewardship throughout the surrounding community. 🌍 Seaport Hotel - The Seaport team in Boston is coming together for a community cleanup, taking pride in caring for the neighborhood where they live and work and demonstrating how small efforts can create meaningful impact. These initiatives are great examples of how our teams are honoring Earth Day through action. Together, we’re making a difference in our communities. At CoralTree, we take pride in our surroundings and make our neighborhoods a little greener and cleaner today and every day. ♻️
