It has been a meaningful week of celebrating the people who bring hospitality to life across Sage. From recognizing the dedication of our Night Auditors, to celebrating Marriott Associate Appreciation Week across our portfolio, to honoring the People & Culture teams who help support and shape our associate experience every day, this week served as a powerful reminder that hospitality begins with people. Behind every guest experience are teams leading with care, connection and heart. The associates who welcome guests after long days of travel. The overnight teams who keep operations running strong while most of the world sleeps. The leaders and support teams who help associates feel seen, supported and empowered to grow. We are grateful for every associate across Sage who helps create spaces where people feel welcomed, valued and like they truly belong. Thank you for all the ways you continue to enrich lives, one experience at a time.

Today, we celebrate mothers and the people who care for, support and uplift others with compassion, strength and heart. At Sage, hospitality is rooted in making people feel welcome, valued and cared for, and we see that spirit every day in our associates, our guests and our communities. Last week, we welcomed the next generation of Sage for Take Your Child to Work Day. It was more than a day of activities. It was a reminder that enriching lives doesn’t stop with our associates. It extends to the people they love most. From hands-on experiences across our Home Office, The Rally, and The Maven, our Sage kids got a glimpse into our world. And in turn, we created something meaningful for our associates, too.

Today is a big day with a lot to celebrate as we recognize both Administrative Professionals Day and Earth Day. At Sage, great experiences are shaped by people and place. The environments we care for set the stage for connection and belonging, and our administrative professionals bring those experiences to life every day with care, intention, and heart. To our incredible administrative professionals across our Home Office and beyond, thank you. We appreciate you more than you know and are grateful for the impact you make every day.

We recently welcomed several of our General Managers and Executive Committee members to Denver for our Cultural Immersion Program. Bringing our leaders together at our Home Office is a powerful reminder that our culture is not just something we talk about. It is something we actively invest in, shape, and bring to life. Our purpose of enriching lives, one experience at a time starts here. When our leaders are grounded in our culture and connected to one another, that impact carries forward into every hotel, every team, and every guest experience. Thank you to our People & Culture team for curating an experience that reflects the very best of Sage. We're proud to continue building a culture that defines us and differentiates us.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a month filled with powerful stories, meaningful moments, and the voices that continue to shape who we are. Through our Her Story: Voices of Bold Leadership series, we had the opportunity to highlight women who have influenced industries, challenged norms, and redefined what leadership can look like. But more importantly, this month has been a celebration of the incredible women across Sage Hospitality Group who bring that same spirit to life every day. From the way we create experiences to how we support one another, our teams continue to lead with purpose, creativity, and heart. You see it in the connections we build, the spaces we shape, and the impact we make together. To all the women of Sage, thank you.
