About us

Actively transforms revenue teams from human-led execution to Intelligence-Led Revenue — a new way of running revenue where AI agents do the work humans cannot sustain at scale. Its platform deploys one dedicated agent per account, working 24/7 in the background to research, identify opportunities, and advance next steps without being asked. Founded by former Stanford AI researchers, Actively is backed by top investors, including TCV, First Harmonic, and Bain Capital Ventures. To learn more, visit https://www.actively.ai/.

A year ago, I walked into the New York Stock Exchange to talk through Actively AI's Series A and our vision for the future AI x revenue. It was great to visit again, share our progress leading to our recent Series B, and outline the inevitable shift that will happen in every GTM org. Link to full interview -- and our careers page :) -- in the comments. Thank you to SiliconANGLE & theCUBE NYSE Brian J. Baumann Gemma Allen John Furrier for having me on!

For years, Salesforce has been the dominant tool for sales teams, serving as the central system for tracking deals and customer data. Now, New York-based startup Actively AI is betting its AI agents can do much of that work autonomously — and it’s coming for Salesforce’s crown. Instead of relying on human reps to manually track and prioritize hundreds of accounts, Actively creates a custom AI agent for each one. Built on top of existing large language models and trained on a company’s historical data, the agent can do research for its account, draft outreach, build presentations and flag what reps have missed to suggest next steps. “If you had unlimited money, you’d hire a million sales reps and put one on each company,” says Actively cofounder and CEO Mihir Garimella, 26. “Now with agents, you can.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/dY62j7R7 (Photo: Actively AI)

  • At RevFest today, Christine Hou (Sr. VP RevOps, Samsara) put this slide on screen in front of 250 revenue leaders. It's Actively's Per Account Agents™ pushing account intelligence directly to reps in Slack, before they think to ask for it. Samsara went from 1,000 AI prompts a quarter to 160,000. The shift wasn't the volume of workflows or the prompt-engineering. It was moving from reactive research to having persistent context and intelligence on every account underlying the whole operation. This is what intelligence-led revenue looks at enterprise scale.

Big things are happening here at @Actively, we just announced our $45M Series B! Along with that, we're introducing the idea of intelligence-led revenue: supercharging sales by giving every account a dedicated super-agent that works 24/7 to research, prospect, and move deals forward. After years of being limited by what one person can do, it's wild to watch those limitations melt away. Big thanks to Mihir Garimella Anshul Gupta for including me on this journey ❤️ More details in the comments!

  • Not a bad backdrop for a conversation about the future of GTM. Great to see Anshul Gupta at the New York Stock Exchange sharing the vision behind Actively AI. 👇

  • Going "all in" on AI transformation at the Gartner CSO Conference in Vegas? You need to stop by booth 101 and say hi to these high rollers! 🎲 We're fired up after Dan Gottlieb's keynote this morning. It's clear that enterprise Revenue teams are building net new new systems that eliminate the "judgment tax," focus reps and leaders time on the highest-leverage work, and help everyone reach their new "PR." And Actively is building that system! Our roundtable session on "Building AI Native Revenue Teams That Will Win" with Blake Guerrero will be a continuation of that discussion. It is already at capacity, but stop by Octavius 12 at 3:15 just in case a seat opens up! And don't forget to visit us in the Exhibit Hall. We're here to charge you up with coffee mugs and power banks, share how Per-Account Agents™ work across every use case in Dan's keynote (and more!), and tell you why Samsara, SentinelOne, and Ramp chose us to accelerate their shift to Intelligence-Led Revenue! #GartnerSales

Pleased to announce our support for Mihir Garimella, Anshul Gupta, and the dynamic team at Actively AI! It's been a privilege to watch them build a genuinely differentiated approach to GTM intelligence — using deep reasoning models rather than just blasting volume. This is a well deserved milestone for the Company, and we're excited to see where this path leads. Honored to be investing along with friends at TCV, Bain Capital Ventures (BCV), and First Round Capital.

📣 We just raised a $45M Series B because the future of GTM looks nothing like it does today. AI has transformed coding, support, and legal. But GTM, where companies spend 30-40% of revenue, is no more productive than it was five years ago – despite all the copilots, next-gen enrichment tools, and point solutions. Because all of them fundamentally still rely upon people to decide what to do and when. You can't fix a human capacity problem with tools that depend on humans. Even today, reps & leaders are stretched across dozens of accounts stitching together context across 15 tools. Many accounts have no one working them. And even the deals getting attention have gaps that no one has the full bandwidth to catch. Revenue is an unbounded domain. There is always more you can do to drive growth. The ceiling has always been human capacity. Actively AI is removing that ceiling. We call it the shift from human-led revenue to Intelligence-Led Revenue, powered by the Per-Account Agent™. Account agents that proactively work every account in your market in the background, 24/7, with full context, guiding your revenue team on what to do next and helping them do it. This is transforming revenue at enterprise scale. Samsara runs their entire 1000+ person GTM org on Actively AI — BDRs, AEs, AMs, and leaders across the full account lifecycle. They’re seeing:  -2x conversion on Actively-driven pipeline generation,  -measurable lift in quota attainment, and  -Actively powering their ambitious internal AI roadmap Attentive, Ironclad, Abnormal AI, and Ramp are also seeing 20% increases in productivity per rep. Our Series B was co-led by TCV and First Harmonic, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures (BCV), First Round Capital, and Alkeon Capital, bringing our total funding to $68M. Thankful for our incredible investors, world-class team, and most importantly our customers for trusting us as their AI GTM transformation partner. Welcome to the era of Intelligence-Led Revenue. The amount of Lynnergy I had over the last week was contagious ✨ From opening our new office in San Francisco, to walking the city seeing Actively AI billboards lighting up the streets, to jam-packed QBRs that honestly made it feel like I teleported straight into our New York City office. What continues to inspire me is how broad the conversations have become. We’re no longer just talking about AI as a productivity layer. 🧠 We’re talking about rethinking operational frameworks, aligning departments, modernizing decision-making, and reframing budget priorities around acceleration and measurable business outcomes. The impact stretches across revenue teams, operations, engineering, leadership, finance, enablement, and strategy. And in the middle of all of it… moments I’ll remember forever: 🚋 Team adventures across SF 🧠 Whiteboard sessions & nonstop collaboration ☕ Coffee chats with the brilliant Women of Actively AI 📈 My first Actively AI QBR filled with big thinking and even bigger vision 🌉 Watching our Intelligence-Led Revenue message show up across the city Now we’re heading into the Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference this week and the momentum keeps building. We’ll be at Booth 101, and our roundtable is already FULL 🚀 If you’ll be there, I’d love to connect on the floor and talk about where intelligent GTM is heading next. See you all in Vegas! ✨ 🎰 Grateful for the people, the pace, the purpose, and the reminder that the future gets built by teams willing to rethink what’s possible 🧞♀️✨

Coolest learning of my week. Almost every person I talked to in Sales said they literally don’t even log into Salesforce anymore for their day to day. They’ve either vibe-built their own connective tissue that works for their teams, or they’re running an orchestration layer that lets sales teams live outside the CRM, while it intuitively tells them what they need to know, helps pull together signals, prep, and prospect better. Tools like Actively AI (shoutout Jordan Karr for the nerd out walkthrough), and non legacy CRMs like Attio, and folk are making an AE’s (and Ops!) lives infinitely easier, adding powerful reasoning layers, and flexible workflows that do the heavy lifting. They're great examples of what a modern GTM experience could actually look like. Sales & Account Management folks: are you still living and breathing in your CRM as is? If so, why. And if not, what have been some great unlocks?
