"simple tools but really powerful for daily works"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

honestly the best thing about google workspace is how easy everything just works together....like docs, sheets, drive all without any headache. collaboration is super smooth, multiple people can work at the same time which saves a lot of time. something there are small issues but overall it makes work way faster and simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

tbh sometimes google workspace feels a bit slow when files get heavy, especially sheets. offline mode also doesnt alwasy work properly which is kinda annoying. and too many updates or ui changes sometimes make it confusing to find things. overall its good its good but yeah these small things can be frustating. "Seamless All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Our Enterprise Running Smoothly"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace has become the operational backbone of my enterprise. The seamless integration across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Meet means everything runs within one cohesive ecosystem rather than toggling between disconnected tools. The real-time collaboration in Docs alone has eliminated significant back-and-forth in content and documentation workflows. For a growing company managing multiple divisions, client relationships, and internal operations simultaneously, that level of integration is not a convenience. It is a necessity. The fact that everything lives in one place, is accessible from anywhere, and syncs without friction has made operations meaningfully more efficient and sustainable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The onboarding process was the most significant friction point in my experience with Google Workspace. For a CEO managing active business operations, dedicating several days to setup and configuration is not a minor inconvenience. It is a disruption with real impact. The process felt more cumbersome and time-consuming than it needed to be, and the learning curve during that initial phase created delays that affected my ability to operate at full capacity. For an enterprise-grade platform, the onboarding experience should match the sophistication of the product itself. There is meaningful room for improvement there. "Google Workspace Helps Me Manage My Daily Tasks Easily"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use Google Workspace regularly to manage everyday tasks like email, file storage, and creating documents. I depend on Gmail to handle my messages and keep things organized, and I use Google Drive to store files so I can reach them easily from anywhere. Overall, I enjoy having everything connected in one place—it streamlines how I manage my tasks and saves me a lot of time in my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I dislike about Google Workspace is how confusing it can be to manage storage across Gmail and Google Drive, since everything counts toward one shared storage limit. In my experience, that makes it harder to pinpoint what’s using the most space—whether it’s files, emails, photos, or videos—so tracking overall usage doesn’t always feel very straightforward. I’ve also noticed that when I’m handling large files or jumping between multiple tabs, things can occasionally slow down and feel a bit laggy. Other than those drawbacks, it works well for most of my day-to-day needs, but I’d really like clearer storage visibility and smoother performance during heavier workflows. "Streamlines Daily Operations Seamlessly"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I love how Google Workspace keeps everything in one place, making it easy for me to manage emails, store important documents, and share files without confusion. It makes communication with clients smoother and faster in my export work. What I like most is that everything is connected in one place, letting me check emails, open documents, and share files without switching between too many apps. It's easy to use and works smoothly. It was quite easy to set up, and I didn't need much technical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Managing too many files can get confusing sometimes, and storage fills up quickly. It could be improved with better file organization and more flexible storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace Keeps Conversations and Documentation Clear and Accurate."
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is extremely helpful whenever there is a need for accurate documentation of conversations, decision-making process, and keeping all information relevant within the conversation thread. It happens frequently that I need to re-read the conversation threads and their associated documents, which helps avoid misunderstandings while implementing work steps further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

On some occasions, email threads get too long, and it becomes difficult to understand what is going on and to follow the discussion. At the time when there are a lot of replies, side messages, and discussion lines, it sometimes becomes difficult to track the entire discussion line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Tightly Integrated Suite That Supercharges Productivity"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is the workhorse of modern business. It's useful even on the Basic plan, but when you upgrade to Standard, that's where the magic starts. Having your entire business suite so tightly integrated allows you to save time on finding files, understanding context, and super-charging your productivity. The suite of tools are easier to use and much less complicated than their nearest competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Google buries their chat support deep in the admin area and makes it hard to get a conversation started. Generally once you do get to a rep they can solve your issue, but it shouldn't be so hard to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace: Clean, Collaborative, Reliable, and Great Value for Teams"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is how well it balances usability, collaboration, and reliability across all its tools.

From a UI/UX perspective, the interface is clean, intuitive, and consistent across applications like Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, which makes it easy to navigate and reduces the learning curve for new users.

In terms of integrations, it connects seamlessly with a wide range of third-party tools and also works extremely well within its own ecosystem, enabling smooth workflows between email, documents, calendars, and meetings.

Performance is generally very strong, with fast load times, real-time syncing, and reliable uptime, even when multiple users are collaborating on large files simultaneously.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it offers strong value, especially for teams, as it replaces multiple standalone tools with one integrated suite, improving efficiency and reducing overall software costs.

Support and onboarding are also solid, with extensive documentation, admin controls, and easy setup that allows teams to get started quickly without heavy technical overhead.

Finally, the AI and intelligence features—such as smart compose, smart replies, and document assistance—help speed up routine tasks and improve productivity by reducing manual effort.

Overall, it delivers a highly efficient, integrated, and reliable workspace that significantly improves day-to-day collaboration and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I dislike about Google Workspace is that while it is very strong overall, some advanced capabilities can feel limited compared to more specialized tools. For example, certain formatting, automation, or advanced reporting features in Sheets or Docs are not as powerful as dedicated alternatives.

From a UI/UX perspective, although the interface is generally clean, it can sometimes feel a bit inconsistent across different apps, especially when switching between Gmail, Drive, and Docs, which slightly affects the overall flow.

In terms of integrations, while it supports many third-party tools, deeper integrations or more complex workflows often require additional configuration or reliance on external apps, which can add complexity.

Performance is usually reliable, but it can occasionally slow down with very large files or heavy real-time collaboration sessions, particularly in Sheets.

Regarding pricing and ROI, it is cost-effective for teams, but pricing can increase as you scale or move to higher-tier plans with more advanced admin and security features.

Support and onboarding are generally good, but direct support response times can vary depending on the plan, and resolving more complex issues may take longer than expected.

Finally, while the AI features are helpful, they are still relatively basic in some areas and may not always fully understand context or provide highly tailored outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One, Affordable Suite That Keeps Our Team Connected"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like about Google Workspace is that it provides a full range of tools for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to keep the business running. It basically keeps everything in one place since it’s all integrated.

It also performs really well when it comes to keeping things easy to access and available for our whole team.

The price is very affordable for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The only downside I’ve found with Workspace is that, sometimes, files can lose their document formatting when you import them from a different extension. Still, it’s nothing that a quick overview and a few clicks can’t fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Security and Simple Admin, but the Console Can Be Slow"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

If you and your users are already familiar with the UI from using Google’s suite of tools personally, it makes everything much easier to manage. Administration is really straightforward, with granular control over permissions and groups. In particular, the ability to manage the “Sign in with Google” option through the API controls is a game changer for security. Being able to outright block users from signing in with a company account to unapproved and unverified services is amazing. Support is good enough as there's plenty support articles online. Regarding pricing to feature ratio, even if you aren't an enterprise size company, getting the enterprise license is worth it just for the security features, also considering you get Gemini pro included with the enterprise license is amazing. The performance. if the admin console can be slow sometimes , but it is good enough, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Performance of the Admin console can be slow sometimes. Functions like the Mailbox migration ( upon user deletion) is not part of the flow itself and needs extra steps like getting employee approval(which can be very tricky at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
