Notice Informing Individuals in Devereux Care About Nondiscrimination and Accessibility Requirements

  • Language assistance services: You have the right to interpreter services to ensure you have access to Devereux programs, activities and other benefits. These services can be provided electronically and/or in the written translation of documents.
  • Appropriate auxiliary aids and services: If you have a disability, you will be provided with appropriate auxiliary aids and services to ensure effective communication. These services may include interpreter services, video remote interpreting and information in alternate formats (large print, PECS cards, recorded audio, etc.).
  • Reasonable accommodations: Devereux will provide you with reasonable accommodations should you need accommodations for medical reasons.

Grievances can be filed in person, by phone or in writing. If you need help filing a grievance with Devereux, please contact your Center Quality Director who will coordinate with the Vice President of Safety and Risk.
