I recently purchased a refurbished Samsung S21 Plus from Smart Cellular, hoping for a smooth transaction and a reliable device. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Upon receiving the phone, I encountered persistent issues with the SIM card recognition, despite the device being listed as in 'pristine' condition. Cosmetically the phone was pristine, though the operating system was not functioning as expected.
The frustration escalated when attempts to contact Smart Cellular's customer service proved unfruitful. Online chat messages were marked as 'read' with no response, and a phone call to the customer service line left me in a queue, only to be told there was no one available to assist me.

Surprisingly, I received a refund even though I did not request one. While I appreciate the prompt resolution in that aspect, the lack of communication and the defective product have left me with reservations about Smart Cellular. I would not consider buying from here again, as there are alternative websites that offer superior customer service and product quality.

In summary, my three-star rating reflects the mixed experience - prompt resolution regarding the refund but disappointment in the overall customer service and product quality.
