An absolute nightmare to deal with. As the manager of a busy pub, trying to access support will take a year off your life in stress and frustration. You have to talk to robots which regularly don't respond, and you end up screaming an answer into the phone receiver like a lunatic. You will finally be put on hold and, as has just happened to me three times, after a wait of 5-8 minutes of listening to the worst muzak ever created on a loop, you will be cut off. Avoid if you want a happy life!

I am sat here crying and not for the first time since being with this company for 11 days. This is the final straw.
I am a small business. I rely on funds coming in everyday to pay bills, buy more goods, etc. Yesterday and today I received no funds so I rang up and spoke to someone who informed me that there has been a hold put on my transactions. I wasn't informed of this "hold" and the person I spoke to was unable to tell me what was going on. I have to wait to speak to the Transaction Management Team. They don't work on the weekend. The earliest I can speak to them, when they call me, is Tuesday at 1pm.
I am shocked and dismayed by the way this company operates. If only I had known what I was letting myself in for when I left Epos Now for what I was persuaded was a far better company. I bitterly regret even hearing the name Worldpay!

Case Number 11250718.
Been nearly 2 months trying to cancel there contract which is a 30 day contract and they simply aren't relying back and have charged me extra for no reason. Worldpay is still billing me for no service. This is not good plus they keep breaking down very often with there intrigrated service.
