Travelling in UK and wanted a 30 day sim, that would cancel if not used - went to Vodafone - salesman gave me a VOXI plan that automatically renews for 2yrs without me knowing. I did not ask for this, and I since found out, I required UK ID and address, for this plan, which I did not have, so he must have made address up (increase his sales). He also made a pin up so, I now can’t cancel the plan as I do not have any of the security information that he fraudulently opened plan with.
No one answers the 191 help line you have to use social media to contact Voxi.
So I am stuck I can’t cancel plan as can’t provide security info and it automatically renews each month. People on messenger can’t do anything to help as can only access account with security information. Can’t go back to shop -as now back in Australia. Know address of shop but can’t call it as goes to Vodafone line.
Voxi says cancel payment with our bank - this is their solution. We are then left with possible bad debt and credit rating…… Have spent hours messaging to try and sort it out.
They send out a change of info form on messenger to be filled but can’t complete as don’t know the fake address or post code that was used. Still no solution after 2days of back and forth. Have gone to Vodafone complaints now as it was their store that gave us the sim……but they can not fix it even if you go to a store……

ive just switched from EE with a constant full 5G signal indoors and out, and with these clowns i get between 1 and 2 bar signal. Never once getting 5G. voxi and vodafone are supposed to have very good signal, its obvious they dont considering theyve teamed up with that corrupt theiving organisation called Three. Stop lying to people and deliver the service we pay for. Your network must be the worst for coverage than anyone else. Now we know why your plans are cheap. free social media etc, yeah cos you cannot get on them with this piss poor signal.

Urmi was a very helpful web chat agent, addressed my issues quickly. The reason for 4 stars is that the issue is a recurring one - you cannot remove a payment method from you account on VOXI's website. You can only add them.
I will say that since the merger with Three, my phone coverage has improved.

Worst customer service ever.
I went on holiday for 2 weeks and had to cancel my card due to it being stolen, when I returned i found out the completely deleted my plan so I arrived back in UK with no data.
It is impossible to call them so you have to sit on live chat and go around in circles for hours with incompetent staff on live chat.
Their website does not work, it wouldn't let me log in. Their form they sent me to update my plan also did not work it was full of bugs. I am not an illiterate tech person, my job is senior software engineer.
After going around in circles, I asked the agent to transfer me to a manager where he said he has a bright idea.... the bright idea is to move me from a monthly rolling contract to a 12 month contract which costs an extra £4 a month.
I am so bored of being on live chat all day so i just say whatever lets do it.... but then it gets worse.... I get given a "temporary" number so my old number doesnt even work and now I need to go on live chat again to fix it?
Absolute joke of a company, no phone number to call, website is broken, customer staff so unhelpful

Network is good, but signed up for refer a friend, both I and my family member paid the bills and they didn’t honor the referral, saying a bil hadn’t been paid.

My experience with VOXI/Vodafone has been extremely disappointing, and after the way I have been treated, I will not be returning as a customer.
For months, I was pushed around in circles and repeatedly told there was “nothing wrong,” only to eventually discover there actually was a network issue affecting my area — exactly what I had been reporting from the beginning.
During this process, I experienced:
* stress,
* anxiety,
* disruption to my business,
* disruption to important care responsibilities,
* and countless wasted hours trying to prove there was a fault.
Rather than properly investigating the issue, customer service repeatedly dismissed my concerns, blamed my phone despite Apple confirming multiple times that it was working correctly, and continually sent me back and forth between Apple and Vodafone stores.
One manager in particular, Zane, came across as rude and dismissive. After everything I had already gone through, I was essentially told to “keep turning the phone off and on again.” It is not normal for a phone to repeatedly show that the network is unavailable, and after months of being sent around in circles, Vodafone eventually confirmed the fault was on their side. That is not an acceptable response for a paying customer dealing with a months-long unresolved network fault.
I pay for a mobile service that should work reliably. Paying £12 per month only to constantly restart my phone and troubleshoot a problem ultimately confirmed to be caused by the network itself is unacceptable.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability, poor communication throughout the process, and no meaningful attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience and distress caused.
Overall, this was a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I cannot recommend VOXI/Vodafone based on the level of customer service and support I received.

I’ve had a great experience with VOXI so far. The plans are affordable, flexible, and perfect for heavy social media and streaming use. The network coverage has been reliable, speeds are fast, and setting everything up was really simple. I also like that there are no long contracts, so it feels much more customer-friendly than other providers. Customer support has been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, excellent value for money and I’d definitely recommend VOXI to anyone looking for a hassle-free mobile network.

After my daughter had a mishap with her phone, I factory wiped mine and gave it to her as a temp measure to get her social life back on track... Completely forgetting I was on an esim so couldn't just pop it into a different phone. Expecting the worst I contacted voxi and within minutes a new physical sim was ordered, it arrived a few days later and was quickly activated without any fuss. The advisor was polite, helpful and I couldn't fault the experience at all.
I was assisted by advisor Gautam, and he is a credit to the voxi team. Thank you sir.
