𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿: W Summit - Women's Sport At WHW Europe 2025, a conversation between Charlotte O'Neill and Suzanne Wrack on the commercialisation of women's sport stopped the room. It also sparked an idea. In just a few years, women’s sport has evolved from a cultural moment into a defined commercial category, but a wide gap between growth and scale remains, and closing it requires a fundamentally different conversation. This October, alongside WHW Europe, we're hosting the 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁: a two-day commercial gathering at Emirates Stadium, London, on 6–7 October. 300+ attendees. 50+ speakers. Same team, same standard, but a whole new arena. 👉 Find out more about the Women’s Sport Summit: https://lnkd.in/divYKx7w 👉 Register your interest in WHW Europe 2026: https://lnkd.in/ecN6_N_m #WomensSportSummit #WomensHealthWeek #WSS2026

1 in 6 women's health founders in the US is based in New York City. That is not a coincidence. It is the result of world-class research institutions, supportive policy infrastructure, and a collaborative innovation ecosystem that has quietly made NYC one of the most important places in the world to build in women's health. A new report from the New York City Economic Development Corporation dives into NYC’s leadership in a category now understood as a potential $100 billion market opportunity. Women's health is no longer niche, and New York is leading the way. 👉 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲: https://lnkd.in/dVguaDik Authors: Monica Malowney, M.P.H. and Zehra Ansari #WHW #WInsights #NYCEDC
