Speaker Spotlight: Paul de Leeuw, Robert Gordon University (RGU), & Susan Grant, North East Scotland College
Paul is a senior industry leader and executive with over 36 years’ experience in the global energy sector. He is currently the Director of Robert Gordon University’s Energy Transition Institute, a Board member of the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB), a Board member of the International School in Aberdeen, and a government and industry advisor.
Susan has worked in North East Scotland College for over 26 years. She has worked across the north east of Scotland in all the main College Campuses and has also had overall responsibility for leading on Equality and Diversity. Susan is College Strategic Lead for Energy Transitions, dedicated to developing NESCol’s capacity and expertise in supporting a just transition for the region, including development of a dedicated Energy Transition Skills Hub in Aberdeen.
