Last week the EIPYN invited our network for a tour around MacArtney Underwater Technology Group, a global supplier of underwater technology products and systems! Attendees had the unique opportunity to explore the full range of tools in action, gaining real insight into how everything works in practice. Seeing first-hand the expertise, precision, and teamwork that go into delivering such high-quality work was invaluable and the event brought together a diverse group of professionals which sparked some fantastic conversations. A huge thank you to MacArtney Underwater Technology Group for hosting such a well-run and engaging tour. 📸 : Juan Mckenzie, Rosttro #MacArtney #EIYPN

Friday morning was a busy one for EIYPN, as we headed over to Integrity QHSE with Juan Mckenzie from Rosttro to capture some great footage of their mentorship programme 🎥 This opportunity was awarded at our Annual EIYPN Ball back in November, where Fraser Graham won six months of mentorship with Rob Diver. It’s been fantastic to see that prize come to life and follow the journey so far. Reflecting on his experience, Fraser shared: “Three months with Rob Diver at Integrity QHSE has been one of the more structured, honest pieces of professional development I’ve done.” A huge thank you to Rob and the team at Integrity QHSE for their time, insight, and support in making this prize such a valuable experience.

✨🥐The EIYPN took on Paris, attending NEXT GEN'ERGY CONGRESS and it really was something special... From the very beginning, it felt like something meaningful was being built. Connections that go beyond a single event, conversations that will be remembered, and a shared sense of purpose that brought people together from all over the world. Despite different cultures and backgrounds, everyone was working towards the same focus, and that made it all the more powerful. The speakers brought such energy and inspiration throughout. A special mention to Nicki Vass (JFD Global), Roberto Bellini (Lean Decom | Energy Insider) Emilia Pentinmäki (Subsea7) and Mariana Kobayashi (Vallourec) for their panel. They delivered it so naturally and with real impact, and it clearly resonated with everyone in the room. More than anything, it was simply a lot of fun. The kind of experience that stays with you and reminds you why being part of this community means so much. This was an overall fantastic event and a great reminder of how complex and exciting the future of energy really is. We are already looking forward to the next one!👏 Laila Bedawi Niamh Carr #NextGenEnergyCongress2 #NextGenergy #EnergyTransition
