Established in 1992 by our present management team, we pride ourselves on offering total reliability in support of any size event, anywhere in the world; operating from our two bases in Nottingham & London. Our global road, sea and air freight services are co-ordinated by a dedicated operations team, supported by our comprehensive in-house documentation facility for ATA Carnets, import/export documents and driving permits. Our modern extensive fleet – the greenest and largest low ride height Scania fleet in the industry – is backed up by our in-house vehicle maintenance facility, alongside a Europe-wide network of emergency call-out specialists. The unsung heroes in black... Last week, an assistant managing the chaos outside the Met Gala caught the internet’s attention as she was spotted rapidly coordinating movement through the busy streets of New York City. Dressed head-to-toe in black and working behind the scenes, she became an unexpected talking point online, with users questioning who she was and what she was doing. But for anyone working in production, touring, live events, or logistics, her role was instantly recognisable. Behind every successful event is a team of tour assistants, production assistants, organisers, runners, crew, and coordinators managing the countless “small” tasks that keep everything moving under the radar. These unseen heroes in black play a huge role in making sure the spotlight stays on the main stage. Shout-out to all those working BTS who are hidden but not forgotten!

Today is Earth Day 🌏 And we’re excited to share our greenest initiative yet 🌱 Earlier this year, in partnership with KB Event , we ran a fully electric Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 truck from the UK all the way to MWC in Barcelona - covering an incredible 2,320km with zero emissions. Making us the first events agency and transport specialists in the industry to achieve this milestone with an eHGV truck. What once felt ambitious - at times even unrealistic - is now a huge step forward for us, for KB Event, and for the future of event transport. Along the way, we gather valuable insights: 🔌 A single en-route charge took the battery from 16% to 100% in just 1.5 hours 🚛 Average range reached 591 km between charges ☕️ Planning 4 seamless charging stops alongside the driver’s breaks meant there was no added transit time The impact: 🦶1,865 kg of CO₂ saved—nearly half of the average person’s annual global footprint. We’ve previously partnered with KB Event to pioneer the use of HVO fuel, which now powers the majority of our transport operations, reducing emissions by up to 90%. And this milestone represents the next step in our journey as we continue working together toward a more sustainable future for event transport. Our fleet just got even bigger...! This month, we welcome 40 new trucks and 60 new trailers to the fleet just in time for summer!! The fleet expansion includes 20 Volvo FH and 20 Mercedes Actros tractor units, and 60 new Krone Trailers. These spacious and fully equipped trucks will play a key role in meeting the high demand for logistical support this year. Earlier this month, we welcomed YungBlud and his team as they prepared for the UK & Ireland leg of the Idols world tour. After initial band rehearsals at our London studio, The Mill, the production moved north to our campus where full-scale rehearsals took over Studio 005. From lighting and staging to final show moments, everything came together right here before heading out on the road. It’s the same space that, earlier this year, hosted an Academy of Live Technology logistics masterclass, where students got hands-on experience with a KB Events trailer now touring with the show. A small glimpse into the real-world environment that surrounds them every day at Production Park. Before heading out, YungBlud also signed our Wall of Fame, joining the long list of global artists who choose Production Park to prepare for the stage.
