Earlier this month, the Kaizo team came together in Amsterdam to close out the year. We spent time mapping out our 2026 strategy and wrestling with a question every growing company faces: how do you scale without losing what makes you 𝒚𝒐𝒖? Of course, we made sure to balance the work with canal boat tours, cooking classes, and some excellent meals together. A real highlight was some shared wisdom from special guests – the word 'inspiration' gets bandied around a lot, but the insight from these founders was golden: 🔸 Robin van Lieshout talked about how inSided choreographed its Gainsight exit. 🔸 Daniel Gebler spoke of how Picnic carved a strategic niche in the online food market. 🔸 Stefan Verkerk gave us a glimpse into the part mischief played in WeTransfer’s success.
