One-click payments may sound like a small feature. In reality, they can have a huge impact on conversion and customer retention. 💳 The less friction customers face at checkout, the more likely they are to complete the purchase - and come back again. Especially for: ✔️subscription businesses ✔️membership platforms ✔️food delivery & hospitality ✔️B2B reordering portals ✔️retail brands focused on loyalty and repeat purchases Fast. Secure. Effortless. That’s what modern checkout experiences should feel like. Because better payment experiences don’t just improve convenience, they drive revenue. #Payments #Fintech #Ecommerce #CustomerExperience #OneClickPayments #DigitalPayments #HospitalityTech

The #FoodOscars did not disappoint ✨🥂 The Paynt team was proud to attend and support the All-Ireland Final of the 2026 Irish Restaurant Awards at the Clayton Hotels Burlington Road - an evening that brought together more than 1,000 hospitality professionals from across Ireland. As a company working closely with the hospitality industry every day, it’s always inspiring to celebrate the people behind the experience - the restaurant managers, teams, operators, and venues setting the standard for exceptional service. We were especially proud to sponsor the Best Restaurant Manager category. Huge congratulations to Carmel Boyle of Ballyfin Demesne on an incredibly well-deserved win 👏 It was also a pleasure to spend the evening celebrating alongside our clients and partners, including Amai by Victor, Beshoffs, and Table 45. A big thank you to the Restaurants Association of Ireland - we truly value our partnership with you as Patrons. Special thanks as well to Sean Collender, Liam Hayes, Laura Kelly, and Adrian Cummins for a fantastic evening and warm hospitality throughout the event. Shoutout as well to our team on the ground - Kia M., Mark Dempsey, Andrew Graër, and Frederic Morice - for representing Paynt throughout the evening. #IrishRestaurantAwards #Hospitality #Fintech #RestaurantIndustry #CustomerExperience #IrishBusiness

This weekend, the Paynt team traded desks for running shoes at the Rimi Riga Marathon 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️ From shorter distances all the way up to the full marathon, our team members took on every challenge across the race weekend - proving that the same persistence, energy, and mindset we bring to work also shows up outside the office. 🙌 We’re incredibly proud of everyone who participated, supported each other, and crossed the finish line. Because at Paynt, it’s never just about business growth - it’s also about people, wellbeing, and celebrating achievements together. Huge congratulations to the whole team! 💚 #rimirigamarathon #paynt #fintech

Two inspiring days at Baltic Fintech Days 2026 - filled with conversations about AI, payments, digital assets, compliance, and the future of financial infrastructure. For the Paynt team, it was all about new connections, fresh ideas, and meeting the people shaping fintech across Europe and beyond. 🌍 We were also happy to sponsor the afternoon sweets and bring a little extra energy to the event. 🍰 And the networking didn’t stop after the agenda ended. Together with Particle Agency, we hosted an after-event gathering at Potami that turned into one of the highlights of the week, full of great conversations and many new connections. A huge thank you to our client Potami for hosting us, and to Fintech Latvia Association, Nordic Fintech Magazine, and ROCKIT for organising such a great event. 👏 Events like this remind us how valuable it is to bring ambitious people together and create space for meaningful conversations. See you at the next one! 👋 Alena Whales, Renate Petride, CGSS, CTMA, Jānis Līcis, Arta Latiša, Laura Svetlova #BalticFintechDays #Fintech #Payments #Paynt #Networking #Hospitality

🔋 Last week I had the opportunity to represent Paynt and participate in the Risk and Audit Forum in Vilnius with the theme “Transitioning Together.” It was an honour to meet President of the FERMA | Federation of European Risk Management Associations Philippe Cotelle and warmly welcomed by Tadas Cilcius from Rizikos valdymo asociacija. It truly opened new horizons, particularly in observing, identifying, and managing trending organizational risks. Equally valuable was the strengthened perspective it provided from an internal audit perspective, especially in the context of rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven environments. 💡 A key highlight of the forum was an exclusive preview of the TOP Risk concerns (see the slides) by Marsh Risk, which offered a forward-looking view into emerging risk landscapes and the direction in which governance, cybersecurity, and resilience frameworks are moving. Some risk management-related takeaways from the discussions: 📍 We are shifting from technology-centric thinking to a people-and-governance-driven risk model 📍 Cyber resilience must be embedded in people, not only systems and infrastructure 📍 AI adoption is significantly ahead of governance maturity, particularly in policy, control frameworks, and identity management 📍 Security must be treated as a strategic investment in business continuity, not a cost 📍 Traditional audit approaches are no longer sufficient - the audit function must evolve alongside digital transformation, requiring stronger AI and data literacy capabilities. On a personal note, it was a true pleasure to network with risk professionals from Latvia, including 🙌 Dace Kellija, Anita Kanteruka, Liene Lauceniece-Ivaninoka. #RiskManagement #GlobalRisk #risks #paynt #AIresilience #erm #internalaudit

Recent developments in the UK, and similar conversations happening across the industry, highlight something many hospitality businesses don’t think about… until they have to. When systems become too tightly bundled, what starts as convenience can quickly turn into constraint. Suddenly: – choices become limited – switching becomes complicated – and control starts to shift away from the merchant Your systems (EPOS, POS, reservations) should work for you - not the other way around. 🔗 At Paynt, we’ve always believed in a different approach. 👉 Payments should remain independent 👉Integrations should be flexible and adaptable 👉And businesses should always have the freedom to choose the tools that suit them best That’s why Paynt POS terminals are built to integrate quickly with a wide range of EPOS systems, without locking you into a single ecosystem. Because in hospitality, flexibility isn’t just a feature. It’s what keeps you in control. 🔗 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dWxBczmE #HospitalityTech #Fintech #Payments #POS #OpenEcosystem #MerchantFirst
